Its a place to go for an affair. Bugs and 1 mouse that was it. The sheets were dirty as well. Suggest sleeping in your car at least you know what and whos been there.

Great relaxing atmosphere staff was Absolutely wonderful couldn’t have asked for a better time.

Seems like John Wayne has landed in a lot of little towns in the Pacific Northwest. The theme in our room was very similar to a place in Concrete Washington. Anyway, great price for everything you need to catch some ZZZs. Nothing fancy and that's fine by me. Comfy beds and a clean room.

Quaint & comfortable room. Beautiful view from the lodges deck overlooking the Rogue River! We watched rafters & lots of different birds. Several tables & chairs to choose from.so relaxing & peaceful! Adjoining the property is Mac's Diner which was a fabulous place to eat for breakfast, lunch, & dinner!
We will definitely be going back!

Highly recommend this place for staying. It was an hour away from Crater Lake. The room was cute with air conditioning.

The place was safe, clean and secured. There is a patio on the river which was very relaxing.

Staff were friendly and professional. Room was a bit old but was clean and comfortable and quiet. I would stay here again.

This is a small lodge next to Rouge River and is beautiful and cozy. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, perfect after a long day at Crater Lake. The room had microwave, coffee maker and chai tea. I loved the location since there are nice places between the lodge and Crater Lake that you cannot miss (i.e. Natural Bridge, Rouge Gorge.). The room didnt had a view, but the restaurant next to this place do have several of tables overlooking the river, thus making it a nice dining/breakfast experience. We enjoyed our stay here.

New owners are trying hard to get the business renovated. At this time maybe more expensive than i would like to spend. Huge motel across the street is about the same price with swimming pool and River views.

This stay was great from the start. We came into town very late and the front desk manager was smiling and extremely pleasant to have us regardless of the hour. The rooms are clean and very well maintained. The owner is passionate and proactive about making sure this place is a destination all in itself. The WiFi is extremely fast and reliable. I highly recommend the river rooms. 20 feet from the rogue river. You can't beat this. These rooms should cost $100 more a night! Me and my family will be back before the summer is out for sure!

Nice friendly place. Located right on the river. Fun to people watch with rafts, fishing boats etc. Next to shady park. Would recommend for everyone.

One of the cutest, most affordable and accommodating places I've stayed in all my travels. The Hostess was incredibly sweet, the room was clean and the entire grounds were a joy to walk around. Check out is 11! My only complaint? No coffee, so bring your own setup and cup and utensils. Otherwise perfect.

Super cute rooms in a great location at a great price. Staff is excellent! They even let me keep a few of the old school key chains. Highly recommended! The remodel is going great!

The first time my boyfriend and I stayed for 9 days it was great an we had my service dog with no issues.this last time we were told by the manager no service animals and that our dog needed to sleep in the car. Still love the place but won't be staying here anymore due to not honoring the service animal law.esp after the first time and being told that the owners absolutely loved us there and were welcome back anytime then to find out about the service animal well if they really didn't know that I had a service animal for 10 days I think that speaks for itself on how good my dog is.

Quite, clean and very affordable property, also rooms are updated. Staff is very friendly and easy going. Would definitely stay again.

I checked myself in a enter biking in the rain all day. The lady at the front was kind and welcoming. After being cold and wet, I felt the motel to have that “welcome home” feel

Jeesh had a pretty quick and nasty experience with the front desk lady after waiting in the parking lot to pick up my mom, she (visably angry) told me I had to go wait in Macs parking lot for her even though there were only 2 other cars in the whole parking lot. I tried to explain and she said she didn't care I had to move. Then she came and walked her dog down where I was parked at Macs. DEFINITELY not the kind of person that should be in customer service. 100% unsurprised at the other bad reviews about the management. I would just avoid this place entirely.
