The vets are honest, thoughtful, well researched, and are very good about explaining options and exactly what is happening with your pet. We never felt pressured or upsold.

We have primarily worked with Dr. Putnam and Dr. Cummings, but every doc here is incredible.

The staff is kind, knowledgeable, organized, and take impeccable notes about your pets needs.

They are queer friendly, which is important to my wife and I. We have been using them for 7 years and recently had to put down our 14 year old husky. There were many vet visits toward the end of his life and along the way Dr. Putnam was compassionate, patient, and sooo soo thoughtful. When the day came, we knew we were in good hands between Debbie and her staff. Thank you

Everyone who works here is great! Very helpful and super friendly. The vet I had with my dog she came in and introduced herself to my dog first sat on the floor with her until she was comfortable and relaxed.

Oh my goodness! We wish Riverside was located back in Maryland, where we're from. We're enjoying an extended stay in Bend, and not surprisingly, our 13-year-old corgi has come down with something. I called this morning, and they got me in this afternoon.

There was no wait to be seen. The tech, Erica (sp?), was fantastic! She was super friendly, clearly cared about our boy, and provided excellent care for him. Dr. Lee was also wonderful. She never made us feel rushed. Her exam of our boy was one of the best he's ever had. She was gentle, calm, and thorough.

Dr. Lee and Erica are an excellent example of good veterinary care. I'm still stunned by the kindness and superior service we received. If it matters to readers, I'm a certified dog trainer, so I am very attentive to how my boy is treated and handled.

Took our Boston Lucy in for a nail trim. Scheduled an apt, was seen on time and took just a few minutes. Lucy was treated with care and wasn't nervous at all like at the local pet stores. The vets here are very professional and did a great job. Two paws way up!

Been seeing them since 2010 for both of my dogs. The staff, from the front desk up, is phenomenal. I get the sense that they truly have a passion for what they do and love my dogs as much as I do. Vet visits are fun, informative, and sensitive to whatever budget I’m working with. I could go on and on and tell stories about the great care we’ve received there but I’ll save it and just say, these ladies are the best in bend.

Riverside Hospital was fantastic! The staff was very friendly and took amazing care of my two babies. I couldn’t be happier.
