Great group to work with. The CAT Rental Store uses their heavy haul transport guys on a regular basis. They always take care of us and have reasonable prices!

Great group of people. The owner took time out of his day to drive me to the tow site and explain how much work they had to do. Easy to deal with throughout the whole recovery and storage process. Good caring people. Thanks guys.

They over charge me because they are the only towing around try to get a understanding of how they billed me and the owner wife wanted to Argue about it instead of fixing the problem would not recommend to no one

Worst place to call for a tow paid almost 700 to have my semi towed 1.2 miles away also charged me for an extra person that wasn’t needed then called the next morning to try and get a partial refund and the owner has such a nasty attitude wish I could give this place a quarter of a star and they aren’t even worth that much

The service incredibly unprofessional. The driver came in and immideiaetely began shooting prices in an annoyed tone in a way to pressure us into paying over 500 dollars. He even tried convincing us that it was gonna be unlikely to pull the vehicle out ourselves as a way to convince us he was our only option. He sat and smoked cigarettes in front of us staring at us until we decided to say no to the service. (Got the car out with a truck and chain the next morning.) we would have taken the service had the driver not been so demeaning. Never calling again.
