LOVED my stay here! Quiet, clean and so friendly. Beautiful gardens and a lovely trail down to the nearby river. My dog loved it too and we will be back for sure.

Nice quiet and serene sites. Literally 6 feet apart from ea.other (practicing social distance). But wouldn't recommend for big rigs + tow. An almost 10% steep down grade entrance/exit. And let's just say thank goodness if you have leveling jacks for a pull through site!

Very nice clean park. We stayed three nights. They have a small community garden, with huge strawberries, a great dog walking area and right by the river. Fun to watch the kayakers go by.

Best RV Park. Green grass strip, quiet, laundry facilities and helpful, friendly staff. Close to Beaverton & Portland.

We have stayed here several times, always have had pleasant experiences I would recommend staying here when near Portland.

Great place quiet, laundry facilities are not the best but the clean facilities an d the overall experience make up for not having updated laundry machines.

We were evacuated from our home due to the fires in Clackamas County. And our stay there really felt like home. The office staff was so amazing and helpful! They made sure we would have a space to call home for as long as we needed. They communicated with me every step of the way. The bathrooms were clean, the spots were perfect size and easy to get in to and our time there was peaceful and quiet. We had no extra added stress and we really wished we didn’t have to leave! I can’t begin to express how grateful we were for Roamers Rest. It’s an amazing place to stay

It's an urban rv park, no doubt about that. Campers are parked close to each other. Some have small strips of grass between mostly concrete. That being said, my check in packet was ready and waiting for me. The park is edging a small river, a bird sanctuary and a wetland. It's very neat and clean. I would definitely stay again when we come to visit the granddaughter.

Shocked at how we were treated trying to make a reservation. They wouldn't even consider us because our RV is a 99 (picture of our RV attached to this comment). They wouldn't even let us send them a picture to show them the condition of our RV. People always compliment our motorhome and think its new. Its been stored indoors almost its whole life. This RV has never been rejected from a park before. We even explained I am a travel nurse trying to work in Portland. In this stressful year when it has been difficult finding jobs, this campground made it even more stressful. Most places make exceptions for first responders and medical staff. Not a priority here I guess.
The lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I will definitely be telling my fellow RV travel nurses to avoid this place

These guys were awesome and very accommodating, let us extend our stay multiple times due to my wife's wallet getting stolen. Nice place right by the river and very clean.

The park was lovely, great for an urban location. Really nice people, the grounds are well tended and attractive. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was that the bathrooms were not always clean, especially with COVID it was concerning but we brought our own cleaning supplies to make sure it was disinfected before using. Overall lovely spot, nice and easy.

Very small RV spots with more concrete than anything else. You get about 6 feet in between you and the other persons camper. Only one row of people get the river view, and even then you are not allowed to swim in the river, only kayak or raft. Not many trees, or grass. The people manning the place seem nice and friendly. Very clean and well maintained property. There are bathroom facilities including showers, laundry facilities, drink and snack machines, and you're close enough to Portland to go visit the city if you want to. They are dog friendly (with some breed restrictions). So there are pros and cons for sure.

Just wanted to say a quick thank you for being so kind and understanding when we had to cancel at the last minute today due to the wildfires burning through western OR. You had every right to charge us for a late cancellation and we appreciate so much that all you said was "stay where you are and be safe". We'll book again soon)

We were so fortunate to have found this place. We stayed longer than planned due to the stay at home guidelines and we couldn't have been in a better place. Ownership and staff are outstanding. Great service, bathrooms are impeccably kept, the grounds are beautiful bordering the river with trails nearby. Highly recommend!

We were fortunate to grab a spot right before the July 4 holiday. Roamer's Rest is very well maintained and super clean. Parking was very easy - we needed a large pull thru for our 36' motor home towing a car. Even though the address says it is on Pacific Highway, the park sits well below the highway, blocked by trees, and boarders the Tualatin River. It was super quiet! We WILL be back!

Overpriced but Clean and friendly. Their website is all false advertisement. There were no amenities offered except bathroom, showers, laundry. No river access (to Poop River). It is just a cement parking lot full of RVs. No fire or bbqs allowed, nothing to do but buy pot a couple blocks down. P.s. It is on POOP RIVER. Literal POOP. RIVER.

Nice location south of Portland. Not much in the way of open space on the property, but all the amenities were as described.

Extremely well maintained grounds, Laundry, and restrooms. Lovely site on the River. Quiet and restful place to stay in winter and spring. On a bus line and great exercise to the bus that goes in to Tigard and Portland. We will be back!

Clean, well maintained, and in a great location for exploring the Portland area. A variety of sites for various set-ups. Retail and dining options within one mile. Very quiet and quaint.

We stayed here from Feb to June 2020 and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Not only are the grounds beautiful and very well kept, but the staff was extremely responsive and friendly during the uncertainty we experienced with Cov-ID during this time. I would highly recommend this for anyone passing through or wanting to stay for a while. They have the best rates and nicest facilities around.
