3I'm a client of this company. Just had a claim & I'm having a hard time getting calls returned or questions answered. Company told me they just collect money and issue policies. Looking elsewhere.
After leaving Roberts and Roberts for quite a few years I've found out that all I was is just another policy so I went back home to Roberts and Roberts they still had all my information and they were still so kind and they welcomed me back and treated me as if I had never left they treat you and guide you with what's best for your situation in a caring and kind way you feel at home, I'll never leave this company again Thank You for all your help
