I've been taking my truck to Rob's automotive for 17 years now and the reason is I trust him repairs are always done properly and professionally

My car had been intermittently throwing the CEL with various codes. After a couple of months chasing the codes on our own, we decided it was best left to the professionals. A quick Google search led me to Rob's Automotive, and I'm glad it did. I called on a Friday, got and appointment for my car the following Monday. Tuesday my car was ready to be picked up. I drove it to work Wednesday (4 miles) and my CEL came on again. A quick call to Rob's and I was told to bring it back. After another round of diagnostics, they found one of my transmission shift solenoids was faulty. They replaced that and I had my car back the following day. I have since driven to the coast and back without a single hiccup thanks to the folks at Rob's Automotive, and I could not be happier. As for pricing, I can't really say if they are on par with other shops because I don't have a whole lot of experience with them. But I will say that they are worth every penny and then some! Thank you to Andrew, Craig, and Matt for the stellar service in record time!

These guys are the Best. Super nice! Listens to what you have to say. Explains to you if you have a problem. I will be coming back again, even though I live in a different state, definitely worth the drive.

Knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming staff. I had a coolant issue in my Dodge 1 ton. I called several shops and was looking at a month wait. Rob’s got me in the next day, diagnosed my issue within a couple hours and I was driving it the following day. They have my business going forward and you should do yourself a favor and give them a shot. Thank you guys for an amazing customer experience, unfortunately it can be hard to find these days.

Rob's is my local reliable shop, I highly recommend them, they always have great deals on oil change specials as well. They are direct and honest about what needs repair and how soon its needed. Andrew was especially helpful this last time as he helped me with some tire issues I had been dealing with, and even got on the phone with the other shop with me to make sure I got what I needed. 10/10!

Rob's was great, friendly, fast, sent an inspection report for things needed now and in the future. Amazing service. I will go back!

Rob Hartshorn has possession of my truck doing the break in on the new engine as I live 200 miles away from the shop. As far as I know it's doing great.

This place is a scam. I went here a few years ago and I asked only for them to run a diagnosis (which they say is free) and that’s it. I was very specific too that I ONLY wanted them to tell me what’s wrong. Well they decided to do a bunch of things I didn’t ask for, and tried charging me almost $200, I said I wasn’t going to pay that because I only asked for a diagnosis and then they refused to give me my car back. Even the way they spoke to me was sooo rude. Meanwhile this is happening to me, there’s this elderly person standing right next to me being told she has to pay like $600 for something that shouldn’t cost anywhere near that. And I think all the reviews are fabricated because there’s no way this place is that good. Go here if you want but beware, I have a feeling they’re evil ahaha.

Three month ordeal Robs automotive repair having my Camaro. I went out in for a fuel module code PC680. Robs automotive miss diagnosed my car said it was the fuel pump. After they replaced my good fuel pump with a good fuel pump l had even more problems. Ended up having to go back 5 times to fix problems they were creating. Finally I went to Lomelis out and Gresham and they actually fixed the problem. If I were anyone with a car problem and I would call Robs for Lomelis number.but I would never let them touch my car again!

Took my old girl Clarice to Robs and was able to get a lot of much needed work done at a great price. They were super helpful and were able to answer a lot of the questions I had and got her in and out in a timely manner. If there is any shop I would recommend it would be theirs and I will be forever be taking her back when needed.

It was my first time here and I will definitely be back for all my car needs! Andrew and Craig both have great customer service and you can tell they both go above and beyond for their customers, which was the first time I've experienced that at an automotive shop. I really appreciated the great communication, organization, and timeliness. I would recommend this shop to everyone!

We have trusted Robs Automotive with our vehicles for years. Hard to find an auto repair company you can trust but we finally did.

Had my Ram eco diesel towed to robs for a loud knocking sound in the motor. I have had a lot of work done at Robs in the past with great results. It was diagnosed that the oil pump pick up tube was plugged and starved the engine of oil, resulting in the motor needing replaced. J. J.worked extensively with my aftermarket warranty company, as well as finding all of my oil change records through jiffy lube. She was able to locate a OEM motor from dodge and after negotiating with my warranty company, the motor was payed for. After diagnostic costs, I only had to cover labor and fluids. I saved a lot! Even after the replacement, when a check engine light came on, I took it in, they diagnosed the problem and after diligently
searching for a part through dodge, repaired it no charge, at all. I've been very happy with Robs in the past and still am. The work is top notch and I was never at a loss for concise information. J. J. Did everything to make me feel I would be taken care of. Craig was also very helpful if J. J.was out or busy with other customers. I never felt out of the loop in any way. The truck runs great and I am very happy! Thankyou J. J, Craig and the technician that worked on my Truck!
