Our experience at Roby's Furniture and appliance has been nothing but very positive! In particular, Kevin Harris has been so helpful, finding us what we need.storing our appliances, until we can accommodate them, getting back to us promptly, and generally doing an amazing job. Would highly recommend them!

Spoke with someone over the phone who instructed me to email an employee what I was looking for. She went above and beyond to find a similar match to what I needed.

I love my new couch! Tom & Will were courteous, professional and EARLY! They had it set up in a jif saving my fanny from another day sitting on the living room floor.

Had 2 great guys deliver and install our new dryer. Big shout out to Tom and Will. They went above and beyond and we were so grateful for their help!

Tom and Will have made 2 deliveries to us from Roby's in the past 2 months and they are fantastic. They show up when they say they will, they do the job and are courteous and polite while doing it.

Tom and Will delivered my fridge. I could not be there so they called and made sure to make arrangements to get inside. They hooked up the water and everything. The fridge fits perfectly and not a scratch on it. Thank you for dong a great job.

Florence store is great! Kevin always looks for best price, Our latest purchase was a dryer. They had the on we wanted in stock, and we got same day instillation and delivery. It is our go to store!

Went in to Roby’s to buy a new stove. Kevin was our salesman and was very helpful and informative. We have purchase several items from Keven and have always been pleased with his knowledge and helpfulness. A few days later Tom and Will came to our home to deliver the new stove. They removed the old stove and installed the new one. We were very pleased with their thoroughness in making sure the new stove was level and installed correctly. They were friendly, informative and professional.

Paul, Tom and Will gave great service ALL the way around. Our fridge/freezer was toast last night. Called early this morning, by 4pm installed. Thank U.

Installers did quality and timely work. They arrived within the 4 hour window given, but did not call ahead as the salesman promised.

We really like Roby's in the Florence location. These folks will price match, which all consumers appreciate. Their sales people are knowledgeable and helpful. They have a nice selection of furniture and appliances. We've actually done a fair amount of business with this store. If they do not have the item, they will swiftly get it from another store. Tom and Will installed new washer and dryer. They called ahead of time to narrow up window. They did an excellent job of installing and making sure everything was in working order. We also know with Roby's should you have a problem with a purchase, they will make it right. We recommend Roby's to anyone looking for furniture or appliances locally.

Tom & Will delivered our new Frigidaire refrigerator this afternoon, and removed the old one. They were very courteous and answered my questions without hesitation. Thank you Tom & Will.

When my dryer quit working last week, I called Roby's. I work all the time so going into a store was not an option. They walked me through what they had. I paid for what I wanted over the phone and they set me up a time to work best with my busy schedule. The whole transaction took less than 15 minutes. 2 days later Tom and Will were prompt and professional. They got my old dryer right out and got the new one right in. Took less than 30 minutes. I am thrilled with my new dryer and appreciate them working with me and my schedule. I will def order from again in the future! Thanks guys!

If this review was solely on the experience with the delivery guys, Tom and Will, I would get them a full 5 stars! They were the BEST delivery guys we have ever dealt with. They showed up exactly when they said, they were super nice and EXTREMELY efficient. I wish we could have done all our business with them! The star gets lost in the sales team. We ordered a sofa and was told there would be no issues getting it by the date we needed it. Turns out there was.we only found that out because we had to call ourselves and follow up. Noone wanted to tell us the item was not being shipped on the dates we were originally told. If we had not followed up with them we would have been without a sofa for weeks. We ended up having to get another sofa. It all worked out in the end but I can't see giving 5 stars for the lack of contact or courtesy from the sales team.

We recently purchased a KitchenAid refrigerator from Kevin who great product knowledge and helped us navigate all the brand choices Roby's has available; he also arranged to have our old refrigerator removed and the new one delivered and setup by Will & Tom. They were awesome because they also took the time to explain plus show us some of the new refrigerator's operating modes. The total transaction was so smooth and painless.
