Roby's Furniture & Appliance, Astoria OR

Quinn was very helpful in ordering our new bed frame (Shaker Maple Headboard) and it looks great. It is from a company (in Oregon) that made one of the few all hard wood frames at the store. I took a picture of the company info and looked it up on line at home. Roby's couldn't get the one we wanted brought into the store as the company had to build it for us. The wait was long. We got a new bed mattress too. It came much sooner and now it has a headboard that fits. It is sturdy and well made and the coloring of the stain matches well with our other furniture. The one Roby's has on the floor is of Hickory wood which is very pretty, but a light honey/blonde color.

During an inspection while selling my condo, I found out I needed an air gap or high loop for my dishwasher that Robys put in before Covid hit. On Monday morning I called Robys and told them my situation. One day later they came and fixed the issue. Thank you Robys, now my sale can go through.

Purchased $8,000 GE Cafe appliance combo and hood fan bearings failed after 1 year and warranty was 1 year.no help from store.

All of my experiences at Robys have been awesome! Quin was my salesman when I bought my chairs and he was very helpful and patient. Max helped me out in an emergency a few days later when I needed a box spring delivered pronto for a senior client of mine. ALL of the delivery guys were great too! Thank you Robys!

Mike & Seth delivered & installed replacement freezer & refrigerator doors that were damaged when my new Frigidaire appliance was delivered in December. They were personable, worked fast & had to remove the new door after I recognized a noise closing it. They figured out the problem, fixed & reassembled it. However; later when I was cleaning the doors, I noticed a dent in the side of the fridge door beneath the handle & the plastic trim on the top of the door appears to be melted (as you can see in the pics). I don't know if it came that way from the factory. Both doors were boxed when delivered & I didn't notice any poor handling by Mike & Seth. I'm disappointed but will live w/it. Kelly, at the Roby's Astoria store, handled my claim from December until she let me know the new doors were received & scheduled delivery. All 3 employees were professional.

This is an awesome place. Exchanged some furniture that I made the wrong choice on color and they were very accommodating.

Mike and Seth from robeez have went out of their way to assist us. There was a little mishap and loading and the wrong things were put on to the delivery truck. They came out on their own after Ritter work and replaced the item that have been forgotten. Everything that was asked of them they did was superb knowledge and ability.

I love this store. Beautiful eclectic mix of high quality top level furniture beds appliances decor, just everything you can imagine. Ask for Quinn, he's absolutely amazing!

A great efficient experience. I was able to test a good variety of furniture without a long drawn out experience. I got exactly what I was looking for and was out the door quickly with a next-day delivery date in hand. Kudos to Salesperson Quinn. Excellent customer service.

Two young men Mike and Seth took out the old and literally carried in our new refrigerator. It was up a flight of stairs, a tight, hairpin turn on a narrow platform, and another flight of stairs. All without a scratch!
