After our Salmon River house burned down, we came to Samantha Holti to order furniture and appliances for the new one. She was very helpful in ordering and was so very patient (our furniture being held in the warehouse) for all the time for the new one to be finished. Thank you Sam! W will surely return to her for any future needs.

A few weeks ago, we needed to buy a new refrigerator in a hurry, and we had a great time working with Kim Kossow at Roby's McMinnville, who helped us select an appropriate appliance for our needs and budget. She went above and beyond to arrange fast delivery so we could protect our delicious Tillamook cheese and ice cream! Today, we found ourselves in urgent need of a washing machine and because of our wonderful previous experience with Kim, we didn't hesitate to call her up and return to Roby's to purchase a new one. Kim is super knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming, and she provides outstanding customer service, really listening to us about what we are looking for and our needs. It's nice to be treated like you're family, and that's how we feel every time we visit Kim and the team at Roby's McMinnville.

Roby's products are satisfactory however there is no customer service to justify the prices.
I am a widow, over 74 and this microwave has been sitting in my garage for 6 weeks because they do not install, or service their products.

I wanted to leave this 5-star review for the two delivery men that delivered my three appliances. Bret and Jack were great and went over and above to be pleasant and positive, even when set up was a little difficult. Jeremy, the manager, was also helpful and nice to deal with. They all made an unpleasant situation with the appliance salesperson tolerable.

Just an amazing store for most all furniture anyone would need. Great selection with plenty of unique fun stuff. Wish we had known about Roby's sooner.

Show room sales were super nice and took care of a complicated exchange with grace. Lots of choices and no pressure to hurry.

I've been in twice now, specifically looking for recliners. Both times the sales associates were busy with other customers so I killed time walking around the store until someone was free. Both times, no one even offered to answer questions or help. I had my husband with me today because we wanted to make sure the chair fit him. The sales rep was working with another couple, the only othe people in the store at that time. She made a brief comment to us when he was trying one of the chairs. When the other couple left, so did she. We stayed another 15-20 minutes thinking she or someone would come back, but no one did. I found the same recliners on Overstock and will probably be spending my $3400 there instead. I have found service lacking greatly since Roby's took over.

I couldn't get out so roby's sent me pictures and prices! Bought the chair I liked and they brought it to me! The driver's were awesome!

Roby's is a great place to buy a mattress. Rudy was very helpful and answered all of our questions. They offer free delivery and pickup of your old mattress on purchases over $599 - one "big box" store wanted $150. The delivery men were courteous and completed the setup of our new bed quickly.

I've never written a review on anything before but this was such a good experience. We always want to support local, but thought we couldn't afford it with big things like appliances. My sister told me that Roby's was priced competitively with Lowe's, so we checked it out. Yep, the EXACT same price for what we needed. We ended up purchasing a Bosch dishwasher and a stand up freezer as well. A few weeks later, when the freezer stopped cooling, we called Roby's. They went above and beyond to take good care of us and get our freezer fixed. Rudy in particular was a genuine delight to work with. WHY ARE PEOPLE STILL BUYING APPLIANCES AT LOWE'S? ! Do yourself a favor - keep your dollars in Oregon - you'll be treated exceptionally and won't spend a dime extra.

We've purchased mattresses, mattress covers, pillows, and most recently, a dish washer, washer and dryer. We've always worked with Rudy, and his customer service has always been exceptional. He treats you more than just a customer, he treats you like a friend or family member. He's honest, upfront, and always happy to help. In addition to the great care we've received, the quality of items purchased have never disappointed. We're thankful we can shop local and know we will always be taken care of.

Sam was great to work with. When we ran into unexpected repairs on our vacation home she held the furniture until we were ready and helped deal with a back ordered fridge. I would recommend Roby's to others Thanks again Sam!

Excellent service from Jeremy and Shania on a recent purchase that had to be returned, replaced or repaired. They were able to get the piece totally replaced! Above and beyond my expectations. Thanks so much guys.

Shaina McQuade has been and is wonderful! I've shopped around at multiple furniture stores (including other Roby's) around the Portland and Salem areas and kept coming back to make our purchases in McMinnville because of the professional and caring service received from Shaina. She was so patient and helpful with making suggestions and coordinating colors. We aren't done furnishing our house yet and plan on going back to see Shaina.

Shania McQuade was very helpful with the comparison I requested. She was very prompt forwarding the quotation of those items we discussed.

Bought a Flexsteel couch from this place 7years ago when it was Rice, a spring recently broke, read my lifetime warranty said springs covered lifetime. When I went in warranty guy says lifetime means 7 years. Sorry not covered. I say ok can I just buy spring from you or order it from Flexsteel and I will install myself. He says no can't do that. So basically Flexsteel's warranty worthless and the lifetime guarantee is worthless. Expected more.than total disappointment.

My wife and I went to their store and were brousing. We were delighted that no one cornered us. When we were ready to ask questions we locatex a very friendly associate and were shown options without pressure. Our associate took the best care of us by listening to our needs. We have shopped many furniture stores and we did not enjoy the experience. Thank you to our salesman and Roby's Furniture. We will be back again.

Great service from Sam. She greeted us when we came in and offered help if we needed it, and otherwise were left to shop around. When we did need help she was right there, and service was quick and efficient.

Sam Holtti. She went above and beyond for a client of mine needing appliances. She got them the best deal and made the sale happen. Her follow through was outstanding. She called me when he said she would. I highly recommend her. She is my new go to. I own my own furniture store and I don't sell appliances. I have aprox 4 to 5 clients I will have work with her.
