Rocoto Peruvian Kitchen, Tigard OR

One of the easiest 5-stars I've ever given. When I ordered, I was told that the Empanadas would take another 10 or so minutes to finish. Worth. Every. Second. Light, crispy, flakey, both the vegetarian and traditional were completely amazing. I also ordered the Vegetarian Mushroom sandwich and the Loma Saltado and both were hot, savory, flavorful & worth every cent.

Can't wait to come back for that turkey leg. I ate the food too fast and forgot to take pictures. I'm absolutely coming back.

Food here was truly great! The owner is a charismatic, entertaining guy with tremend passion for cooking. The spice in the sambole pasta plate along with the rice and fries plate was incredible, smokey, savory, mildly hot, with plently of umami, just perfect! All the food was perfectly cooked, the sambole beef was tender and juicy. My father and I let him know how amazing the food was, and this legend played his home made flute for us! We had a great conversation with him after the meal, he told us about his passion for cooking, music, and providing for his family. It was a really wonderful experience. 10/10 we got more than just a meal, would definitely eat here again!

I got the vegan tallarin saltado and it was delicious! Lots of flavor and big portions. We will definitely be coming back for more!

SO tasty! The lomo saltado was spot on, and the vegan saltado sandwich was equally good. (Genuinely, I didn't miss the meat, the mushrooms were fantastic).

Indulgent rich spicy sauce covering mushrooms, peppers, onions, and french fries wrapped up in a soft roll. Really big! Vegan and carnivore options look delicious.

You will find really delicious peruvian food here. Glad I was able to find this place. Must try

The owners are super nice and the food is amazing. The spicy sauce that comes with your food is top notch.

Fantastic food. Service was great. Has a small seating area with a few tables in the shade. We got a number of different plates and sandwiches and everything was amazing.

You can never go wrong with a Lomo Saltado sandwich, I also recommend the spaghetti. Every time I’ve gone, it’s always delicious and consistent. I always go expecting the best and that’s exactly what I receive every time. I highly recommend this place! It definitely did not deserve a 1 star.

The food here is incredible, but what makes it even more enjoyable is the passion and love you can taste in every bite. The menu is crafted, not just made, to provide the most lovely flavors from the owner's home. From freshly baked bread to incredible sauces and the most tender pork, you truly can't go wrong here. Highly recommend it

Drove all the way here within their posted hours, after calling with no response and f ok and they are closed. Because 83 is too hot for them too cook apparently. So I guess wait until winter.

First time there today, I’m vegan and my husband is NOT. Both ordered Lomo Saltado sandwiches, mine with mushrooms and his with meat and they were absolutely delicious! So many options on their menu for us both! Owner has real passion in the food he prepares. Don’t miss this place, we can’t wait to go back!

I gave it 2 tries. The first one I was very disappointed that there was a pile of undercooked fries under the sauce. The second time was fine but not great. Won't be making a 3rd attempt.

Amazing! I would consider the porkypappas deluxe for my last meal. Food was fresh cooked and the flavors were flawless. Plan for about 15 min of wait time on the food since it is made to order.

It's everything I expected and more! DELICIOUS! And the crew was friendly and helpful. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu

Lomo Saltado & Tallarin Saltado over rice & noodles are very good, big portions are nice too.
