Luis is who we dealt with yesterday to purchase our new Rav4. He took us on a test drive and worked his way through the trade-in process. We met several other folks who help with our trade-in and purchase.

My wife and me just purchased a new tundra from Rogers toyota. We were referred by a friend, who had a great experience buying his truck. We live 4 1/2 hours away. I called in to have a sales consultant call me. Within minutes Erica Baker called me back who was a sales consultant. I gave Erica the information about the truck I wanted to buy, and she answered all my questions and gave us a great deal on the truck.
We decided to buy the tundra, and make the 4 1/2 hour drive the next day to pick it up. We left early enough to where we arrived at the dealership right when they opened. Erica met us in the parking lot. She had our truck ready to go, and had the finance consultant ready to go with our paperwork, so we could get everything done and back on the road.
Erica was very knowledgeable about the truck, and programmed our phones to the truck system with ease. My wife will be buying a new 4 runner next year, and we will only deal with Erica and will gladly make that 4 1/2 hour trip again. Thanks again Erica!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience from the initial contact through to driving off the lot. Working with Chris Klein, Curstin and Ruben was fantastic. All of our questions and concerns were addressed, and they did everything they could to accommodate us since we had traveled quite a distance to buy from them. Chris gave us a full walkthrough of the Rav4 Prime's systems and took the time to make sure we were comfortable with everything. Ruben as well took the time to walk us through the entire financial process and the contracts to make sure we were content with what we were buying. All together I'd give them all two enthusiastic thumbs up!

I had a battery issue with my car after my recent service. I notified Rogers. They got my car right back in and resolved the issue. They even set me up with a rental car while they had mine since I live 35 miles away. They replaced the faulty battery and gave me a new one. Luis was Great! Thank you

I recently purchased a new Toyota at Rogers of Hermiston. I had a great experience with very friendly professional staff and salespersons. I had good instruction on my new car. I greatly appreciated that they did not provide a hard sell for extra products, which tends to make me very uncomfortable when pressured. I would highly recommend this dealership. The salesperson that completed the sale with me was Idy. She was absolutely wonderful to work with.

These guys are great! I met Toni Virgil at the Hermiston fair and talked about the RMX packages they offer. I ended up with wheels, tires, running boards, a lift, and window tinting with the ceramic coating. Both Toni and Mike Gomez were great about the whole process and treated me as if I had bought my Toyota from them even though I didn't. These guys are great!
