I started receiving virtual care through Rogue Community Health during the pandemic 6 months ago. I've been happily blown away with the level of professionalism and thoroughness the PA (Laura Buckley) and nurses I've worked with have given me. I've received preventive medicine, care through unforseen injuries, as well as help working through other current health issues. Just the other day I needed a specific kind of Covid test to be able to fly and see my family for the holidays after a year spent apart. I called, not expecting much could be done so last minute (I had 24 hours) and Nurse Mary saved the day. She got me into a clinic, called immediately to tell me so, and called with my results timely as well. She truly saved my trip, and my emotional well being with it. I haven't had the pleasure to meet her in person but the few times we've spoken over the phone you can feel her warm bedside manner through her voice. She's efficient, intelligent and you can tell she cares. I am thankful RCH- Ashland and their staff are my primary care physicians and will continue to work with them on my health for some time to come.

I have been going to this clinic for many years and have always received the very best care from everyone there. My various ailments have been a variety of things including anxiety, depression, back, foot and joint issues, and the usual things like colds, flu, and pneumonia. I appreciate their willingness to take time to really listen and to offer advice as to how to deal with my ailments without having to rely on drugs alone. I have never found them to be either uninterested or dismissing no matter how small my concerns or symptoms. Dr. Brown and everyone else there including the counselors I have seen are excellent and caring, and I am most grateful for them all.

Would not do their jobs and refill blood pressure medication. Poor service and don’t care

By personal experience I found Racael Klein to be unprofessional, homophobic and irresponsible. Providing the wrong directions for medicine, asking innappropriate questions and in general her behavior was completely unacceptable.

I moved from Curry County, Oregon to Jackson County in October, 2018 in hopes of getting better care through OR Health Plan (OHP). I waited a month to see my new primary care doctor, Daniel Weiner, DO. He asked me basic questions then populated my answers in the computer - info I could have filled into a form prior to my arrival (or could have been done by medical assistant). When he was done questioning me, listened to my lungs then said "see you in 2 months" and started to leave the room. I tried to ask some questions, but he pointed at the clock and left the room.

I followed up with Dr. Weiner on My Chart to ask about my weird lab results and discuss the multiple MRIs I've had this year (two brain, one neck). A neurosurgeon in Eugene says I need neck surgery and called to schedule - I want a 2nd opinion and Dr. Weiner says it's NOT necessary! And since he did not see any lesions on my MRIs, he refuses to send me to ANYONE else! He has not answered my labwork questions, despite my multiple requests (like every week - not every day!)

Sadly, with OHP, your PCP is the gate keeper to your health, and they must get paid to DO NOTHING until I die.

I was so hopeful that I might finally get better care here and maybe even get well enough to GET A JOB. Sadly I'm struggling financially, homeless, and have NO SUPPORT from ANYONE! Oh, yeaah I used to be an engineer with a master's degree - but because of Dr Weiner and other OHP doctors, I CAN'T GET BETTER!
