Worst service I have ever experienced! My can has been knocked over left in the road. I have received notices that cans have to be 3 feet apart and 5 feet from
A vehicle unfortunately I don’t have this type of space from neighbors vehicles. And I see cans closer than three feet all over the valley!

It is very big and to me it was very confusing you have to take your trap off the load, they check it out then tell you a price and then you have to drive back the way you came in at to get to the building to unload was worried the load was going to come out of the trailer. But once we got into the building the guys were very helpful

I was going to get the neighbor boy down the street to help me unload my trailer at the transfer station but he was already busy. I must say though as soon as the young guys working there helped me back into a spot they were anxious to help me unload. I couldn't be more impressed with the help and how friendly they were, I was so impressed I insisted they take a few dollars for helping me but they insisted its all part of their jobs. Thank you Rogue Transfer Station for everything you do for the community, its greatly appreciated.

Fast, friendly, fair. I can't imagine the scale or complexity of such an operation, but the place runs like clockwork.

Customer service is always awesome. It's extremely easy and convenient for doing your own recycle and dump runs. Prices are very good compared to others around the valleys.

Does Management know that someone closed the gate early on Saturday, April 9,2022?

I get it, it's been a long day, and everyone wants to go home. But. Me too. And tomorrow's gonna be another long day, and now my trailer isn't available because it's full of the trash I can't dump because the gate was closed when it should have been open.

I'm not happy.

It’s always been a good experience from Pay station to inside for the most part I’ve always been in an out quick and haven’t had any problems

25 dollars to drop off 4 pieces of Styrofoam is a bit expensive. Quite the racket they have going on.

One of the prime days to make a 'dump run' and they are unavailable.

Fast an friendly folks. The gals got us through the pay area fast and the guys in the dump area where quick to get us in a dump stall.

I have been here 3 times for recycling and twice for trash. It is relatively convenient, but a bit expensive for their minimum (and the price is increasing August 1st). I recommend showing up closer to 8 am when they open because later in the day there can be long lines.

Guy helped me unload my trailer on Saturday, had it full of dirt and roots now that's great service.

The place is a dump. There is trash everywhere. It stinks. It's not worth the $20.10 that they charge. The kids didn't have any fun because they couldn't get out of the car. They didn't give me any money for my recycling.

Easy to access recycling, large dumping area with great service.no BS they charge for your junk and yard waste you dont want! Easy!

So glad to have such an organized place to bring trash and recycling. It seems expensive, but I have nothing to compare it to, so it may not be.
