Couldn't be happier with our experience. A weekend emergency repair on a Sunday and our AC was fixed within 30 minutes of our first call! Would definitely recommend.

Responsive, affordable and friendly. A/C went out on the hottest day of the year. Rogue Valley Heating and Air Conditioning was there the next day. They leave emergency spots open for just my case. I couldn't be happier in my 68 degrees living room!

Rich made it to my house within 4-5 hours of my call of not having AC. It's hot, I have 3 kids. This was the only company that could make it today.

I have an old unit. They got it running, but mentioned i'm on borrowed time. Super grateful to these guys. Not excited that I will have to spend a bunch of money for a new unit soon, but highly likely I will give these guys my business.

When I first had my ductless heat pumps installed, these folks were super nice and accommodating. I let them know that at some point I was going to need to redo the walls. The assured me that someone would come out and remove the heat pump so I could redo the wall. Well here we are, two years later, and I need help with removing the heat pump. Their mechanic, Jeremy, was incredibly rude to me on the phone. He made a list of excuses until finally saying that he was too busy, that he needed to prioritize installations (getting more $ from new customers), and that he would call me back in June to schedule something. Of course it's mid-June and he hasn't called me, and their company hasn't given me any indication that they'll help. I've instead opted to work around hte heat pump and I'm hoping that the transition won't show too much. If it does I'll think about this awful interaction every time I look at it.

They've also botched a few appointment times they've made with me to service my heat pumps. Their front desk person, Michelle, is very sweet. I feel bad that she has to apologize for the company's poor organization and management. Michelle, if you read this, you deserve a better employer! Also is there another company I can switch to because I'm sort of tired of dealing with this.

They were responsive, and professional and fixed our AC problems very promptly. Their team and air techs were so great and made the process so easy and convenient for us. We had Rogue Valley Heating and Air replace an older inefficient geo thermal system with a new heat pump and furnace. They worked with me for a few weeks to design the prefect replacement system. The work is all high quality and was performed be knowledgeable and friendly employees. They arrived each morning on time and were patient answering my many questions. Communications are prompt wether they were returning text messages, emails, or phone calls. I highly recommend this company for your heaheating and A/C needs.

Rich and Frank are the best! They gave me heat! Thought I would have to replace the entire heat pump, their expertise fixed the problem and saved me in many ways!

RV Heating & Air went above and beyond for me. I contacted 5 contractors in the Valley, but nobody could help me get heat for 3 to 6 wks, except for RV Heating and Air. Once they learned that I had no heat at all in freezing weather, they made every effort and got my system replaced and working within 2 days. Everybody was professional, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Despite my mess of moving, they did a great job. They were the only ones that would gladly submit the necessary warrantee and rebate paperwork. I cannot recommend them more highly. 5 STAR ALL THE WAY!

I cannot say enough good things about RV Heating and Air Conditioning! Every person we had contact with was friendly, professional and went the extra mile with a smile! The quality of service and products are top notch. We had a heating and air conditioning system that needed repairs and replacement. The repairs were made quickly and perfectly. The new AC unit is top quality and perfect for our home. The prices of new equipment and repairs were fairly priced and worth every penny. Just call these guys. I've dealt with lots of contractors. Finding a good one is tough. They were fast, friendly, and got the job done the way they were supposed too. Lot's to be said about that.

When I had an issue with my air conditioner, I called Rogue Valley Heating & Air mostly because their name was on the furnace of the home we purchased when we moved the GP two years ago. I couldn't have been more pleased! It was after hours, but they returned my call within minutes and came out to my house in less than 1/2 hour. They fixed the problem, but what really impressed me was their level of service & professionalism. Service tech Vince even called me back on his way to my house to make sure I understood there would be an after hours service fee. Vince was great in explaining what the problem was & what he was doing. I recommend these guys to anyone!

Just recently had our central air and heat replaced. Could not have asked for a better job. As new home owners they politely walked us through the entire process.

I have had these professional come out 3 times. Once for inspection in 2017 and they said my unit was over 18 yrs and will probably need replacing in another year and advised me on the best time to purchase both systems. This year I had them come to repair the air conditioning which they did and explained the more efficient models and said to wait till after summer to replace to get the best specials. They said they would let me know when that time is. Eric, Rich and the team have been just great, non-pressure and prices very reasonable. Very Happy.
