They guys are great diagnosed my car and repaired same day and was the fairest price I got quoted any where. The secretary as well as mechanics were very friendly and super knowledgeable. I even learned something. I would send family here. Thanks guys

These folks helped me so much! They fixed only what needed to be fixed… i asked them to help with some engine problems, with they fixed it within the same day. Rollins truly cares about their customers and don’t want to do work that isn’t 100% necessary unless asked. Love them!

Fair and friendly. Communicated very well and suggested alternatives for things they could not diagnose and didn't want to charge without knowing for sure. Integrity for sure!

Nice front desk lady, I told her what I needed fixed. They had it done within 3 days & told me what all they fixed. Asked me before hand to do certain work so they didn’t charge me more then they said! Great work & staff overall!

Took it over to Rollins & Sons for an intermittent issue w/ my car. As the mechanics were diagnosing my car, I appreciated that they took time to keep-me-in-the-loop of what was going on - the communicate was very good and they seemed very knowledgeable. I felt respected as a person and strongly recommend them to family and friends in need of fixing a car.

The best shop guys I've ever encountered. Jeremy and his crew are more than fair and are willing to work with you in tight situations. Jessie is a master mechanic and I will take my vehicle to him any day of the week! Thank you Rollins automotive. As a low income individual, who has owned his first car for about a year, I have been very fortunate to do my auto work with Rollins and Sons. They are very affordable, and genuinely want to fix your car. I can tell they are not in the business for money, and genuinely want to help people. I have had them perform an oil change on my car and diagnose and fix a check engine light issue. The money I paid for an oil change was a far better value than a quick lube place, like Jiffy Lube or Oil Can Henry's, and done better by quality mechanics as well.

Edit: They have proven themselves again. My AC Compressor has gone out, and they quoted me a new one for $600 including labor, which is super cheap compared to if I was to go through the dealer or just about any other mechanic. But since I don't have that kind of cash right now, they are out searching for someone with a used one so they can charge me "even less" for it. THIS is how you help your customers people! So lucky we have such a great crew here in Sisters.

Sisters local for 20 years saying Tanya, Jeremy, & their staff are trustworthy, patient, professional yet personal. They’ve been working on my various vehicles for years. They truly GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to help me out. When they say something is wrong & needs fixed, it’s what’s wrong & what needs fixed. This is 2nd generation business that has been working HARD on vehicles for what must be about 30 years by now. Use them, tell your friends.
