I have purchased, as well have had ALL my scheduled maintenance work on my Chrysler 2013 Town & Country Minivan at this stellar facility.

At the Ron Tonkin Chrysler McLoughlin Blvd newly ungraded customer service center, Service Representative Ms. Pamela oversees a competent staff and seemingly works magic constantly as she moves scheduled appointments through work completions ALWAYS with customer service care at the Heart of her Team's work: They & She are great! Wow, if only the supply of Black MOPAR Ballcaps could be replenished in the cap shop. I will purchase three, stylish & long lasting!

Bought a Chevrolet Trax! Love it! Just what I was looking for! Jeff and Aaron took great care of me! Thank you sooooo very much. STAFF AT SERVICE VERY NICE AND GOOD ABOUT LISTENING. ISSUE WITH MY TRUCK TURNED OUT TO BE AN EASY FIX BUT VERY HARD TO DIAGNOSE BUT THEY KEPT AT IT AND ALL IS GREAT! FOUND THE COST QUITE REASONABLE. I WILL BE RETURNING. THANK YOU RON TONKIN CHRYSLER

So far parts dept has my vote, trying to get service to RETURN your call is frustrating at best. That being said Eric who handled my car was great! Did a GREAT job on the needed repairs. Car is awesome!

We found out that there was a recall on our 2018 Fiat and Bree in express service really took time helping to explain the safety check that needs to be done for them to double check the oil level. So she even made sure to write down the exact mileage range we need to be in when we take it back so that they can finish their check. So thankful for her help I making sure we know exactly what we need to do and when to bring it back in.

Started out rough, sales and numbers wise. At the end they made it right and a deal was done. Car shopper tip: don’t go to the dealership hungry. You’ll get hangry.

Advice to CDJR: I recommend having some free snacks available for those customers who have to sit for 3 or more hours at the dealership.

I have a Jeep Grad Cherokee and I have taken it to Ron Tonkin Jeep for many years. My service experience continues to exceed my expectations of great service. Today was no different. Pam in service treats me like family and informs me of what my service will entail. No surprises.
My next purchase will most likely be another Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership.

I have a 2004 dodge 2500. As I was driving out of a parking lot my steering stabilizer just snapped right in half. I had it towed to my mechanic and after looking at it he notified me that there was a safety recall out for that year truck for the steering assembly and that it would be covered by dodge. So I had it towed to Gresham dodge. After a week, we got a snowstorm and the roof of the service dept caved in. I totally understand how that would impact things and went in to talk to them to see how long it would be to get my truck back, seeing as it was my daily driver. They said they were at least one month out but if I wanted it done quicker to have it towed to the dodge dealership in Milwaukie. No assistance offered, no rental car offered nothing. So I paid out of my own pocket to have it towed across town to milwaukie. After literally two weeks and two dozen phone calls and voicemails, a service tech finally responded to me to inform me they would not be repairing it under the recall and that if I wanted it fixed it will cost me 1900 dollars and they’re a month out on parts. I had it towed back to my personal mechanic (who used to work at dodge) and he was mind blown they wouldn’t replace it for me. He had me take pictures of the broken part and we are now going through the process with Chrysler to get it covered. Absolute horrible customer service. If anybody ever has issues with their rig I highly recommend finding a good rated local mechanic and stay away from these guys. Recall and warranty work takes away from their bottom line and they’ll do anything to avoid it. I went over a month without my daily driver and was able to talk to someone about my vehicle ONE TIME in a month. And it was to tell me I’m S. O. L. Stay away. Far far away.

First of all, the people I worked with were polite and friendly.
Honestly, the purchasing process was ok when we bought the vehicle 2 years ago.
The wait time was a little longer than I would have liked, but I also now understand that they gave been also carrying the weight of the Gresham dealerships work due to their roof collapse during the snow storm.
I would recommend if you plan on any service that says it'll be an hour, or more, and you have lower back problems, their chairs for waiting may make your wait a little difficult. While their customer area is esthetically pleasing, unfortunately the chairs are a nightmare for anyone with the slightest back problems. Both myself and the other guy waiting were having trouble sitting in those chairs after only half an hour, and had to keep moving around, getting out of the chairs to stretch, and move around.

Worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Bought my last truck from them so I decided to go back.first off it took almost 2 weeks to get my vehicle, then I had to bring it back for more repairs.an now I have to take it to a private body shop to get bumper fixed. An the safety inspection was never done on it. I took it ho.me an headlights didn't work.

Good people working there i just kinda lost my cool cuz I went in for a oil change an when I got ready to leave oil smell an smoke started coming through my vents an my backup camera stop working i never had to change nothing on my car but the oil

We received a recall notice and called Ron Tonkin to make an appointment. They had us in within four days, working around our schedule. The facility is so nice and the employees friendly, professional and helpful. We were in and out in a timely manner and Pam was with us every step, keeping us informed from scheduling to job completion. As dealerships go, this one stands out. We highly recommend them.
