3Well.what can I say. Scheduled my appt over a month ago, and I specifically i needed for them to assess my ebreak, so i told them what I wanted for them to look at.my check in was 7: 30am. 4.5 hours later.we dont know and in order to assess we will have to take off the breaks. Not going back!

I've used the Ron Tonkin Service department to service two of my trucks over the last couple of years. Over this time, the quality of service and general disorganization has gotten worse each time I visit. My most recent visit was complete waste of my time. I went down Friday morning for an Express Lane oil change. Since it was busy, I was advised to make an appointment and I scheduled an appointment for next day. When I arrived Saturday morning, I was told it was going to take 2 hours to change my oil because some other diesel trucks had dropped in and they needed new fuel filters.
What is the point of making an appointment?
I then drove to Lithia right afterward and everything was easy and professional.
