Went to do some Christmas shopping, office staff opened up the store for me, great customer service, thank you! Merry Christmas!

The Ron Tonkin field recently was the site for a high school marching band competition, and had by FAR the best prices on merchandising, up to the point where prices for sweatshirts were half of the prices of the other places. The facilities were well-maintained, and I had a great experience.

Baseball nights, whats not to love. They have great concessions and just quite the experience

This is a great minor league ballpark. Just about every seat has a good view of the field and the facility is kept clean and in good working order. The beer selection could be better but overall it’s a great place to spend an evening watching the Hops.

We went to a Hops game with our (now adult) children, and it was a fun, comfortable experience.
The ballpark is part of a sports complex, so when we parked, we were under the impression that we were closer to the stadium than we actually were - we ended up walking around a soccer/football field to get to the baseball venue.
Once inside, the ballpark reminds me of the spring training facilities I've seen in Arizona - good sightlines from a well laid out set of grandstands. They have a nice selection of concessions, my only disappointment was seeing one restaurant chain present that is known for its support of intolerance. Otherwise, food and drinks showed good quality local representation.
Stadium employees were friendly and well trained, doing a good job of keeping people out of the aisles (and other fans' sightlines) while action was happening.
All in all, it was a fun, reasonably priced destination.

Great little ballpark. Seems to generate lots of energy from the home crowd fans for Hops games. Pretty good selection of ballpark food and snacks.

Very nice, family oriented facility. I wish more of the facility faced away from the afternoon/early evening sun. Relatively inexpensive family outing.

Not a bad seat in the house! Staff was great, facilities are super clean, and the Hops won the day I was there. Will definitely come back.

Fantastic and small baseball field. The staff that work on the legends are are great and always friendly the games are fine for the skill level and they always have a theme going on for decorations or team jerseys. It’s a great place to watch a game with your kids.

Fun home town hall game but you’ll spend most of it standing in line for food, just to be disappointed when they don’t have what you wanted. I bought season tickets for 8 this year, but the waits of several innings at every booth left a really bad taste in my mouth.

Nice facility and great view of the field from most seats. Only complaint is they let gas only cars take up all the EV charging spots. It's been that way for all 3 of my visits here. What's the point of having EV charging if you can't use it?

Best to take in a Hops game from right field unless you want to be in the sun. Best vendor is the small one with smoke sausages at the end of left field, shortest line. Overall a quality experience. I'll never forget Thor and the Hops mascot and being on the jimbotron with my kids.

Great experience. I would only recommend more options on concessions but realize space is limited.

This stadium is SO fun. It's clean, accessible, with good seats and lots of food and drink options. More shade over the seats would be nice! There's plenty of seating on the grass too which is nice.

Good minor league stadium. Good food and drink options. Parking is questionable as there is only one way in and one way out.

The layout of the sports complex causes massive traffic jams going in and leaving games. About 40 min to get in 30 min before games start or when games end.

The baseball game itself was fun. You are close to the action.

What irked me the most and why I rate it three stars was the long lines for the food and the extremely poor quality of food concessions. We were in a food line through 3 innings, missing basically a third of the match. The food we got was unacceptable. For the sandwiches, some of it undercooked or the other extreme, burnt to a crisp. Even the portion sizes were too inconsistent for the same exact order. We paid $40 and had to throw most of it away. What a shame and waste. The park needs to hire a different company to do food concessions.

Other than that, I’d say it is fun to go to the match, and I’m use to parking delays, so my suggestion is to save your money and eat beforehand.
