New look, shorter, and love it.
I recently had a beautiful violet placed in my hair.color is incredible and holding very well. Haven't noticed any color loss.she is amazing as always. Looking forward to February! I have seen Jen since 2012, and I can't imagine having anyone else.

Jen is a master colorist and a fantastic stylist. She has been my hairdresser for 6 yrs and the new shop Roots is perfect. Great atmosphere, yummy glass of vino.magic. I look forward to every visit. Today, I wanted something new. She asked all the right questions, and now my hair looks amazing (as always) with dark cherry red under golden locks. I am beyond happy!
Met Jennifer watering plants after pulling off the road to The Dalles last week. Cooperate and very insightful meeting. She made an appointment for 2pm but I told her I would call back. I left a msg to reschedule. Never heard from her again.
I’ve been a customer of Roots since they opened in Mosier almost 2 years ago. The service is consistently exceptional at every level, from scheduling, hair cut and color, and consultation on products. Add to that the salon is gorgeous - light-filled, stylish, and highly personalized care from Jennifer, the owner - you are getting a big-city experience in a charming small salon.
