Rose City Heating & Air reviews
16 This is the second home we have had hvac service and repairs on and from the appointment availability to staff and quality of work we have always been completely satisfied with Rose city. Pat and Ryan are great techs and very friendly. Thank you for all you do.
Stay awesome!
Once again for another repair. Very professional, friendly, quick and efficient. Thank you for the flexible schedule and timely repair.
Justin arrived on time, and performed all of the requested services. It was a pleasure to work with Rose City Heating & Air!
Ryan Nowell represents Rose City Heating & Air at its best! As always, it is the individuals who work for the company that make the company excellent. With quality work performed in a timely manner, and Ryan and the weekend answering center being responsive and courteous, one cannot help but feel that this company is top notch. Thank you!
Scott and Ricky were friendly and professional. They gave an excellent orientation on the heat pump, filter and furnace.
Justin was courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. His service was excellent! I will recommend this company to friends in the future.
Pat is the best. Complete job, inspection, cleaning plus a video so I remember how to install my filters. Dog lover Aldo.
Sterling was referred to me by a colleague when I was complaining about other HVAC companies not understanding heat pumps— and he’s definitely a breath of fresh air! As a Realtor, having someone like Sterling has been amazing when I need a bid for clients. Sterling takes the time to explain the many options a homeowner has (which is sadly not common in this trade). Their install teams are good and if any issues pop up, they jump on it faster than any other HVAC company I’ve worked with in my 10+ years in real estate.
He was a wonderful technician, and took care of it in a timely manner. The cost was not too outrageous, but kind of what I expected. I’m going to look into the maintenance program now.
Scott Wolfe and Ricky Haynes from Rose City Heating and Air installed a heat pump and a hybrid heat pump water heater in my home. This was a replacement of a 64 yr.old gas furnace and a 22 yr.old electric hot water heater. They were professional, pleasant, and informative. I am completely satisfied with the new systems and their installation.
Great experience with Rose City Heating & Air and their tech, Ryan, who were able to get the A/C issue on my heat-pump diagnosed and repaired quickly and professionally.
Our AC went out on day 3 of 100+ temps. I called at 7: 30 am and they had someone to my house by 9am. They sent me a text with his photo and experience. He showed up early, was very friendly and had my AC back up and running within the hour. We ended up needing a new capacitor.
Pat came out for our heat pumps annual maintenance and to do some system troubleshooting. He was able to correct several issues with our HVAC system & now it is running better than ever & is even quieter than before! Thank you Pat!
Pat was super! Quick, responsive, and very friendly. Only took 1 hour from call to arrival.on a 92° Sunday. Thank you for fixing my AC!
We had a great experience with Pat. He was professional and took the time to explain everything. Parts aren't cheap but when your air conditioner breaks on a Friday during a heat wave and you have it back online by the next afternoon, that's awesome service! Thank you Pat and Rose City!
Ryan was very quick and informative coming to check out our water heater and he made sure to explain all our options with no sales pressure
