4Perhaps some other residents have had a different experience, however, I have had nothing other than good solid service from all staff in this building. They send up a bag of treats on Halloween, a Thanksgiving meal, a little gift over the holidays, just seem to really care about our emotional health as well as physical health. I have lived in a few HUD properties so I have some experience in dealing with serious neglect and indifference. Or I could be more independent than most and am not especially demanding. Love my apartment and the view from the balcony. Nothing is perfect, but I am well satisfied with my residence!
This is a nice place. It doesn't smell like the other review said. I'm on the 2nd floor. The only thing I'm not crazy about is I just moved in a couple weeks ago and I've already found a roach in my kitchen and I'm worried there's more. I also put in a maintenance request two weeks ago and they haven't done anything. The people are nice so far. They look very stressed though so I don't take anything personal.
Terrible smell, terrible staff, the worst manager I've ever seen. I can not believe anyone would live in this building. Staffs are so rude and useless. Avoid at all costs.
My experiences with them have been uniformly helpful, understanding and positive. From my perspective the building as well run and well-maintained.
