Super Service and notifications. We needed transportation to our hotel on Hayden Island. I had scheduled pickup for a specific time to allow baggage claim. They were tracking our flight which arrived early. The office texted me and the driver texted with info where he was parked. We were able to be on our way much earlier than I had scheduled. Very easy to find driver. Vehicle was clean and driver was very friendly. So much better than a cab, etc.

After searching endlessly for reasonably priced shuttles to PDX from Hood River, we were very happy to find Rose Shuttles! It's very easy to reserve a pickup over text, even days before. They were prompt, friendly and drove very safely. We arrived on time for our flight and had great conversation. We highly recommend this service over others!

Very responsive to our request for transportation to and from PDX. Driver was prompt and courteous even at 3am! We had a flight change coming home and they accommodated our change even with only a couple of hours notice. Their vehicles were very clean and comfortable and the drivers friendly. Very pleased and will be using their service again.

Wonderful service, courteous, excellent and careful driver who was able to rescue us last minute from being stuck sleeping at the airport. Had a large van with snow tires so despite uncharacteristic snow in Portland we were able to get across town safely.

Both drivers were prompt, quick to help with luggage, friendly, and good drivers. We will use their services again.

So happy to have found this place! We were able to get an S. U. V. The service was on time, extremely professional and friendly. The drive to and from the airport was the best we have ever had! Driver was attentive to safe driving (we have with other services had, drunk driver, texting driver, speeding drivers). The ride was very comfortable. My phone had also got over heated in Mexico and died. We had no way to verify the driver would be at PDX on time to get us. No worries tho, he was right outside waiting for us. I highly recommend using this service and we for sure will be!

I'll admit.initially I was nervous as I've never used this company before, my flight was at 5 a.m, and it had been snowing. I was worried my ride would not come. The business owner picked us up himself. Do not know how to spell his name, so I will ommit. He was great. I booked my ride via text. He was responsive. I scheduled my ride at 0245. He arrived 10 minutes late, but called and informed me that he would be, due to having to drive slow because of road conditions. He offerd to help with our bags and was polite. My 5 year old commented "He's nice" lol. He delivered us to the airport on time and most importantly.safely. I would definitely use this company again and referring him to all my friends moving to Portland.
