Great customer experience! Ashley was very helpful when picking our stone, answering our questions and communicating timelines. Aaron is an artist, his a passion for the trade shows in every bit of his work. His level of attention to detail is second to none! He was willing to answer questions throughout the entire process and explain the intricacies of his craft. We shopped around Roseburg for our project and believe we picked THE BEST in town by a long shot and we were right. We will be back for future projects, both personal and business!

Professionalism, Quality, and Craftsmanship are the three words we’d use to describe our experience with Roseburg Granite Inc. ’s staff and finished work. During our initial visit to get information and quotes, Ashley (at the front desk) was both knowledgeable and helpful. As our questions became a little more detailed, Ashley called in Aaron from the workshop. Aaron was extremely helpful and answered all our questions.

Based on the very competitive prices, excellent projected timetable and our interactions with the staff, we decided to have Roseburg Granite do our kitchen and guest bathroom quartz countertop & backsplash upgrades. We were thrilled when an earlier appointment opened up to start work on our project. Aaron created the countertop templates and within a week, he & David did the actual quartz counter installs. Backsplash templates were created after the counter tops were in and the backsplash sections were installed the next week.

We were/are thrilled with the final results and how meticulous Aaron and David were making sure every detail of the install was “perfect”! We highly recommend contacting Roseburg Granite Inc.if you are thinking about doing any counter work in your home.they are fantastic local business!

My wife and I had a remodeled kitchen two years ago with Formica and our island had a seam we didn’t care for then a kid hooked a corner and pulled off a piece. So when we were driving by Roseburg Granite one day we decided to go in. Ashley was very nice and helpful, she ordered a piece large enough we wouldn’t have a seam. The men doing the install were so nice and professional excellent work cleaned up no mess left anywhere. Then we decided to do all the counter tops as well as the bathrooms. Originally visited a large, beautiful showroom in Eugene to pick out our kitchen quartz- turnaround time for install was lengthy so we didn't purchase that day. On the way back to Roseburg, swung into Roseburg Granite to check their turnaround time, only to discover they had the same quartz, a shorter install time frame AND quoted us HALF the cost. We signed the same day, and have been nothing but pleased. Instead of passing the cost of a stunning showroom onto the buyers, they've instead invested in the free aspects of service such as speed, efficiency, stellar customer service and a friendly and knowledgeable install person. We can't recommend Roseburg Granite enough!

My wife and I were considering getting granite installed into our home. We decided to go to Roseburg Granite instead of the large companies. My wife picked out some beautiful Silestone it was expensive but well worth the price. Well, the installation day finally arrived. My wife and I are always ahead of the game. We removed the old sink everything off the countertops and below the top shelf on the bottom of the countertops, so all they had to do is remove the old countertops and install the new ones. To this crew (Aaron and David) they were impressed because for them it was tear out and install quick and easy. Aaron went over the installation and told us what we can expect. They arrived on time, tore out the old and installed the new in just a few hours also making sure our property was well taken care of while they were here. After installation, Aaron advises us what and how to care for our countertops. Aaron and David did an excellent job and disposed of the things we didn't want. My wife and I were glad that we went to Roseburg Granite for our countertop needs and we would highly recommend them. I/ We will definitely pass the word. Integrity and Professionalism at its best. Very disappointed that this is considered “industry standard” installation for a high end quartz countertop seam. We spent $2,700 per slab, plus labor and we are left with a dirty looking and unsightly seam in the middle of the countertop.
It would have been appreciated if we would have been consulted prior to countertop installation regarding potential seam placement or solutions, even at additional cost. According to Aaron at Roseburg Granite, this is considered acceptable and industry standard and there are no remedies to offer. We did attempt to resolve prior to posting this review.
