Roseburg Honda

I have bought 2 cars from Roseburg Honda. Had a few problems with the second one, but the general manager Aaron Fletcher, went above and beyond to make sure me and my family were taken care of and I was able to get to work. Biggest thanks to Aaron Fletcher, Clayton, Hayden, and Rick.

Found out headlight was out just before leaving for trip. The staff got me right in and got me back on the road asap.

Just traded in my car and got a 2024 Honda Odyssey, needless to say the staff there is amazing! Dustin was very down to earth and personable, just like seeing an old friend. Dustin worked with the whole team at Honda in order to get all the things on my list checked off to make this purchase possible with smooth sailing! I have had a bad experience in the past with car dealerships and Honda just took all that anxiety away by being upfront about everything, I will forever more do business with Honda!

Poor customer service. Zero knowledge of vehicles that they sell and better off spending money elsewhere. Aaron (Sales Manager) decided it is better off to pass the buck to Honda Corporate then do his job. Will not be returning for any vehicles, parts or services at this location.

A couple of friends recommended this business for an oil change - even if you don't have a Honda. For about $60, you get an oil change, they check all the systems and fluids, rotate the tires, and wash the car. Where else can you get all that? ! The staff is friendly, professional, and explains their findings and recommendations without any pressure to buy anything.

Great guys helped out when I had problems as well recommended dealer if you want anything Honda.

If I could leave a 10 star review I would. Salesman Hayden helped us wonderfully. We had so many questions over a months time, and each time I talked with him he was very patient and knowledgeable. No pressure or rudeness. I will recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. We were very i.pressed with everyone also at the dealership.

Scammers work here wouldn't take your car to get it fixed here. For one they gave me like a 1k$ bill on things to do I didn't do it then later said I didn't need to do it then my brakes went out so I toke it in I drive for my job so within a few weeks or less my brakes failed over 3 to 5 times everytime just saying it's because the part they used then the last time within a day or 2 my starter went out probably did something to it wouldn't ever go uere

Dustin! Dude! That was the most pleasant car-buying experience I have ever had. Your professionalism and upfront interactions are above and beyond. I cannot more highly recommend Roseburg Honda! I just wish this brand new Pilot isn't going to last forever because I kinda wanna be in the market for another car soon. 1000 STARS!

I left Roseburg Honda with a 2023 Honda Pilot…. Not only do I love my honda, our salesman Rick exceeded our expectations! He knew what we were looking for, and got us going in a brand new car! Wouldn’t go anywhere else, and wouldn’t trade my salesman!

Let me start by saying I had no intentions of buying this car when I test drove it. It was over my budget, but I wanted to get a feel for the type of car so I knew if it was worth it to make the trip up to Portland to buy a similar vehicle. The salesperson (Hayden?) made no attempt to pressure me, which was so nice and unlike most experiences I’ve had with dealerships. I left that night and couldn’t get the car out of my head, so I went back the next day and bought it! When running the application, I was given a decent rate for the economy’s current state, but midway through the paperwork, Aaron came in and said to hold up because he just found me a better rate! Unfortunately, less than a week later, I got notification that the 12v battery was dying. I drive it in and Roseburg Honda was able to get me in the next day to replace it for free! Icing on the cake: they washed the car for me after the battery was replaced. I’m so thrilled with the way it went down and I absolutely love this car. By the way, they have a great kids area in the waiting room, too.

Let me just start off by saying I can’t recommend Roseburg Honda ENOUGH with how easy they made buying my first new car! I started working with Rick online to talk about the car I wanted and all the nitty gritty. He was very kind and prompt with his emails, and answered all of my 500 questions. In person I worked with Dustin, who really made this experience positive for me. He was very personable, open and honest, and did not make me feel pressured at the dealership (which mattered a lot to me, especially as a woman buying a car). He was able to answer / find answers to all my questions, and made my car purchase very smooth. “Treat you like family” could not be more true! When my car was ready, Dustin was able to drive it to my home and walk me through everything I needed to know. I highly recommend working with Dustin and/or Rick to get exactly the car you want with exceptional service and kindness. Thank you Roseburg Honda:)

I had a bad, then very great car purchasing experience with Roseburg Honda. They will make things RIGHT.

Roseburg Honda started out great with the way they handled my drive test request. They were really easy to work with in setting up a time, and their response was within thirty minutes!
Now, it starts to go downhill with the closing out of the used vehicle I purchased from them. I started having immediate problems with the vehicle within the first week of commuting to work. Long story short, I had a very disgruntled relationship with the salesman and service manager on trying to make things right for over three weeks.

I finally decided to call and reach out to a higher up in the company, Miss Lynn Stults (Finance Manager). She personally decided to take care of my issue, and even was willing to work through trading in the difficult vehicle for another used vehicle personally verified by her to be in good condition. I lost money on the trade back, but the company went above and beyond by selling me a used vehicle for the lowest value on KBB. I am more than satisfied with the outcome and my purchasing experience at Roseburg Honda. I will be purchasing a vehicle from them in the future.

Brought my car in because I was having problems with the air conditioning. They charged me $160 for a diagnostic test and gave me $600 estimate to replace alternator. They ended up charging me $760 way over the estimate and they didn't fix the problem. Rocky's auto charges only $350 for a new alternator. Mikey the technician was very rude and unhelpful. Stay away from this car dealer.

Rick is absolutely amazing! I walked in knowing everything I wanted and they went above and beyond with what I wanted and needed! One happy gal in her new car!

Just made a purchase with Rick's assistance. He made the process easy, answered all of our questions and concerns and communicated well through the whole process. Everyone assisting us was very nice and helpful!

Was there to meet someone getting work done on their car. The employees were friendly. And the facility clean and inviting.

My boyfriend & I are more then pleased with the services & car he purchased last week! Not only is it an amazing car but they were fast & efficient! It was a great experience with Aaron Fletcher and sqeesh! In and out in 30 min with my new gocart! Literally its a gocart lol 2013 scion iq. Going to be great delivery car for epic dental.
