Roseburg Memorial Gardens

This place is so unprofessional. Just a couple days after mothers day I go to my Mothers grave to water her Mothers days flowers I left her. I showed up and the entire section where she was buried had every single graves flowers removed from the vases or planters and had them lawn mowered over buy the grounds keeper. Couldn't they have mowed the lawns right before mothers day? Couldn't they let our loved ones flowers stay longer than just a couple days. HORRIBLE have a little more respect for our DEAD. Roseburg Memorial Gardens. YOU ARE HORRIBLE.

Mickey was very helpful with some paperwork I needed for my brother's Cemetery Deed, and she accomplished it so willingly and quickly.

Our family in memory of our loved one was treated with kindness, compassion, and with dignity.

This year my family is much more pleased with the improvements being made at the Gardens.
As we met to clean and decorate, the new management came to our area and gave us an overview of the improvements yet to come.
We are all encouraged to stop in to the office and put in a work order or share any concerns with the perpetual care and management.
I gave 4 stars, but will renew a review as the progress and promises are met!

Totally unprofessional business. Had major problems with putting a love one to rest. Tried contacting management about their mess up been 5 hours for a call back. I'm still holding on to the ashes. This happened yesterday

Mickey White made a difficult experience much easier by her helpfulness, patience, and compassion. This cemetery is beautiful and peaceful, and I highly recommend it.
