5My friend lives here, for being a mobile home park it's not very well maintained, allowing trashy areas in the RV section, management changes regularly.
Tia the manger was awesome. She really helped on getting my friend set up. She went up and beyond her duties.
I am the community leader here at Roseburg MH and RV Park.
I am getting to know the residents here and they're so far quite pleasant. I am aiming to bring this park all the way to 5 stars and successfully addressing any concerns fron our tenants!
I loved living in this park. My neighbors were very friendly and helpful. I really did not want to leave but my Daddy almost died and he needed me to come home and take care of him. I highly recommend this park.just love all my neighbors and the family that I found living here
All posted rules are being blatantly ignored by tenants and management alike. It's the wild west living here. If you like the drug scene, you'll like it here!
