Roseburg Rental

Service was ok but noone wearing a mask inside despite the governer mandate requiring them in businesses. It was packed, they werent keeping their distance, the young man got right up close to us to show us how to use the equiptment. Made us very uncomfortable. They charged us a half day even though we picked up at 4pm that day for a 2 day rental.

Staff came out on a Sunday to help when something went wrong with equipment. (Not anyone's fault.) Come Monday I was given a replacement and they made everything right.

Rented a floor sander over night. Tried help line that came with no response. I was told the reason for lack of help was it just wasn’t working. The sanding pads were the wrong ones for the machine but sold to me anyway. Pads kept kicking out and folding under machine because they had no adhesive. I was cut by one that flipped out from under the machine. NO variation in grits for proper floor work. The sander has bolts that punched through the paper and left holes throughout my wood floor. When I called I was told something would be done to speak to a man named Ryan, when I got there I paid full price for a machine that punctured holes into my floor that I didn’t even have the full 24 hours. Floors still need to be sanded and now repaired.

Had to replace the O ring in my paint sprayer, they had sum in stock.folks here were super helpful

In all fairness, these folks try to provide "customer service" and should be recognized as a leader in Roseburg. The friendship shared by all the employees is exemplary.

Rented a house, payed over $1000 and found that the a/c is not working. Tried to call for the rosebud rentals come and fix it, instead had some trash in the phone give us an attitude, so if you are thinking of renting something from these guys, DONT! Because instead of paying a good chunk of money and having problems with the property without having any proper customer service.

I have always appreciated the professional and courteous staff at Roseburg Rental. They always know the answers to my questions and they seem to have exactly the right tool for every job I need. Thank you guys - - you're great!

So besides the fact that Roseburg Rental does so much for our community. I love that they are always willing to help you figure out what you need to use for the project you are working on. It is always nice that their equipment is clean and working so you can spend your time using it and not going back and forth to figure out why it is not working. I would always recommend these guys. And also probably will never use a ladder again.

Absolutely recommend! Great selection, great staff, great owner. This is the place to go for all your rental needs. For those who don’t know, they rent tables and chairs from the South Umpqua location. We’ve used them and the quality is excellent.
