Was there 3 hours before closing, and was denied service, store was empty, no time today. Will never be back and will tell all I know, dont go there

First time ever for a beard trim/cleanup. These guys were awesome! Gonna Make this a regular visit!

I took my 9 yr old full of anxiety. The guys did a grt job helping him work through it. The anxiety was brought down for him. And he had a positive experience.

I got home and washed my hair out and re-combed it to find it lopsided and very sloppy. I scheduled a fix hair appointment at another barber. Disappointing. It was under Ivan at 10 am.

John has done a phenomenal job with both of my sons’ (under age 5) short haircuts and has also done a great job on my (dad) long hair. All of the other barbers have added their 2 cents when it comes to styling and their products are great, I can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend this place.

Was scheduled for 5: 30, walked in at 5: 23 and was told by Eric it would be just a moment as he finishes up his cut he was working on. Which was a lie. Waited for 30 minutes and still he was “finishing” on the cut he was working on. One of the coworkers were taking shots in the back the the third guy, (who definitely coulda busted out a 15 min cut on me) sat there in his booth on his phone. If you want your time wasted, this is your spot.

Jon Surin is the best. He trimmed and lined my beard and did a great job. He even gave me a quick back massage with this hand-held machine. Had a great experience.

Everyone who works there is friendly. Really cool barber shop. Prices on haircuts are reasonable, and they all do a great job!

My sons and I have been getting our haircut from Jeremy for a little over a year now. Always fresh cuts, and beard trims.

Today I gave these guys the last of my business. I got my haircut by the owner and while I understand I’m being a little picky I start my first question off with always, “can you do a skin fade? ” In which all five barbers have always said “ofcourse I can” or “my specialty”. I have never received what I asked for and the only one there who does a decent job is the girl, Mercedes. I tip every time and I’m very polite never complaining however I find it very frustrating that a barbershop can’t do a traditional skin fade. I went to Frasier‘s right after in downtown Roseburg, and they gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten.

I visited on 3/28/23 during a work trip. Great haircut and conversation with Ethan! My cut was so good that I am looking for a new barber in my hometown since I realized what I’ve been getting is subpar in comparison to what Ethan was able to accomplish. I wish this was my local barbershop. Highly recommend.

I've always wanted a straight razor cut, and now it's part of the haircut I get every other week! Mercedes at Classic Cuts gives me the top shelf treatment every time. There isn't enough money to compensate for the experience I get here. I knowingly pay more because they give more. Cheaper isn't always better, and better isn't always cheaper. They fit me between appts on my lunch and gave a great cut. Super fast and had great vibes and music.
