Ross Dress for Less reviews
16I got clothing here as Christmas gifts for kids. Good store. You need to check it out. Affordable too
Prices ok on some stuff, nice variety. Worst Christmas music playing over loud speaker that I've ever heard
Store seemed very disorganized, apparel didn't match the sign marked area it was in. (IE pants/bottoms were located in the sweater/knits section)
Sizes were hard to locate. The dressing room was available and the lady there was very kind and helpful. Was eventually able to find what i was looking for.
Got about 6 garments for $60 which is a good deal for what i got considering the MSRP of each garment was $40+ and in prestine condition.
Great place for clothes they sold in the mall for 5x the cost two months ago! Don't go in on the weekend they have terrible selection, weekdays are best
Ross should open a third cash register when the line blocks the lanes through the store. It shouldn't take 4x as long waiting in line as it did to find 2 pairs of shoes.
Ive just now made it into the S curve after 20 minutes.
They sell pants. I do not need to defeat any bosses to recieve the finest champion gear. Much legendary armor hidden among the piles. Not very expensive. Could not find pants, 4 stars.
It's amazing the deals that you get here but you need to keep in mind that you get what you pay for like per se I bought a shaver from here not too long ago and it has already worn out it was only $13 but it only lasted 6 months so if you buy a $70 one it's probably going to last at least 3 years or if you buy a $13 one it's probably only going to last a few months other than that the clothes have been really good.
As I entered the store, I asked the manager, who was standing there if there were electrical scooters available. The ones for people with mobility issues some stores have available for use. He was very rude in his reply acting as if I was bothering him by asking the question. I walked out and will not return to the store.
There's no good clothing for +size people they all look like "mom" clothes and skinny jeans (no hate to those mom's)
And not all +plus size are adults there's some who are teens and smack there people who want aesthetic clothes too. ️
Great selection of cheap clothing. Wish that everyone ofvthem sold men's watches but depending on which one you at there is a lot more variety than others.
Customer service/employees are rude. Employees were talking about customers as they were walking to their brakes making complaints.
Always empty. ALWAYS LONG LINES! Terrible customer service, always a huge unorganized mess. Dirty bathrooms.
Sometimes they have a really long line at the cash register and not enough help focused on getting the customers checked out. Otherwise Ross is a great deal for cool clothes and housewares and a lot of miscellaneous things.
Many employees but when you need one you have to walk the whole store or go up front to find one. For the most part the store you can't beat their prices
They could not sell a set of womens clothing because the bottoms where one size and the top was another. They only had one cashier and it took a while for them to call backup.
Looking for gifts. Ross always seems to have a fun variety to shop through. And of course I always find things for myself! ️
