Rotech Healthcare Inc., Eugene OR

Staff has changed 4 times. Each time comes new rules, including cutting back my oxygen. If I need more oxygen, I now have to ask someone to get them at Rotech site. Now hoses and other necessary equipment has been cut too.
I have tried to contact the big wig with my concerns. No response at all. I would appreciate contact from the person making decisions on this matter. Air keeps me alive, I'm not asking for a cool purse.
I want the rule maker to call me and explain.

The Eugene location guys kept great communication getting to us promptly setting up the oxygen quick and efficiently with a goodie bag in tow. Made sure all our questions were answered before they left. I definitely recommend the Eugene Team for any of your Healthcare Needs.

Excellent service, mainly have worked with Jeremy. Released from the hospital yesterday, Sunday, and Jeremy met us at the hospital gave us all the equipment/supplies and explained how to use everything. It made it so much easier on us as we live in a rural area.

I want to thank Joe at the local Eugene office for the help he gave me in resolving an issue with rotech central. He was incredible! Rotech central called me at 7: 30am, hung up on me, did not answer the extension I was given and when I talked to an actual person certainly did nothing to help me get the appropriate supplies for my husband. Joe has resolved the issue for me and I would recommend him to anyone looking for CPAP supplies in the Eugene area.

The manager, Jeremy Honor, is fantastic. He spent all more making sure my experience was stellar from start to finish. Highly recommend!
