Nick Mc was an outstanding representative and technician for Roth Heating and Cooling. His timely installation of our new furnace and air conditioning was appreciated. Nick patiently explained each step with us and tutored us on the ongoing maintenance of our system. We commend and recommend his professionalism and technical knowledge.

Had a water leak from the heat furnace over the holiday weekend. Called for service, and Mike H.showed up early Monday morning. He found the problem and fixed it quickly. Thanks for the quick response and outstanding work!

Tommy Hummer is completing our annual furnace check up. He has been very friendly, helpful, and professional. He recommended a surge protector for the furnace, and he is installing it now. Our furnace was originally installed by Roth. It has worked well for years.

Stan came out on Tuesday to fix a leak we had under our sink. We could not identify the source. Almost immediately, Stan knew the cause and then called the manufacturer of the faucet and asked them to replace the faulty hose. He knew the manufacturer's warranty and they agreed to FedEx the hose to us at no charge. We are waiting for FedEx right now. Stan said he will be back to do the repair once we have the hose. Roth people are great and always go above and beyond!

Rick was very professional and courteous. Determined the problem very quickly and fixed it just as quick. He also gave me options to choose for parts. Thanks Rick.

The Roth Heating and Cooling family was incredible, Josh S.was our service rep and I couldn't have asked for a better technician. Very professional and made it happen. We were without heat for over a week and when he found this out he made sure we had heat before he left. He called out to his team for parts and they came through for him and my family. We had heat that same day. Thank you very much and would highly recommend Roth Heating and Cooling. If we could we would give 10 stars,

Mitch was a great representative of Roth Heat & Cooling. Very professional, courteous and timely. Took time to go over details of the new system and answer any questions. Took good care of our home while working inside and out. Definitely would refer this team to anyone.

Our Service Pro was Matthew L who did an outstanding job for us.

We were pleased to have Service Manage Cody looking on as well. Cody did sell us a Honeywell Water Leak Detector but unfortunately 3 days later it went off-line. Haven't had the opportunity to trouble shoot on that.

Overall we had a good experience with Roth.

Roth Plumbing responding quickly to a plumbing emergency by dispatching Stan S. He arrived promptly and restored our water service in less than an hour by repairing a pipe break. He did such an outstanding job doing that we had him back to replace all of our old Polybutylene with PEX. Very professional and good quality workmanship.

All the guys that were here today just did an outstanding job! So professional, courteous, knowledgeable & truly went above & beyond! Dan & Matt went out of their way to answer all my questions, explained the options & how best to proceed w/the problem/fix. Jason H was here quickly to write an estimate & give a time frame for install. Just a great group of guys, I highly recommend any of them w/Roth heating & cooling! Hands down 5 star service! Thanks guys, you are awesome!

Mike G and Sean did an amazing job installing our new furnace and heat pump. Would recommend Roth Heating and Cooling to anyone who needs a new furnace installed.

I met with Garth to see about installing AC in my house. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He discussed many different options with me and the pros/cons of each. He even suggested a unit that had not been mentioned by any other AC consultant I had met with. My AC was installed the next day. Josh led the install team and he was fantastic. I really appreciated his professionalism and willingness to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend Roth.

Bruce conducted a 6 mos service on our heating & cooling system at which time he did an excellent job explaining what he was doing while he was checking each part of the system. He was very helpful to me as the customer and I appreciated his professionalism. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

He resolved the problem within a short amount of time and tested the system to make sure it was working properly. I have used Roth in the past and have always been very satisfied with their work.
