Very bad customer service I went to purchase and slice deli meet and the worker behind the counter made eye contact with me then continue doing what she was doing I stood there for 3 minutes she made eye contact again and I walked away very rude very unprofessional and very bad customer service

How to start, Great service, people, and items for sale. The dougnouts are out of this world, with the deli being one of the best around. Has a lottery machine and a printer for public use. A grand selection of drinks of all kinds, tons of goodies to snack on, and lots of prime meat to buy. The manager and staff are some of the best i have ever had the pleasure of meeting, and would rather go here over walmart, costco, winco, or anywhere else for that matter.

Most beautiful produce display ever! The employees are artists. Museums are closed but Roth's produce section is open. The employees take great care of their beautiful produce and arrange it so artfully that I just stood and admired the fruits and vegetables for a long while before removing any items. This was my first visit, and I will return. Thank you.

Not really a good place to shop unless you're on the older side. Otherwise they suspect you of stealing and profile people like crazy. I work in a similar store and know how security does calls to scare off potential shoplifters. I understand that it's lancaster, but come on. Maybe dont be so obvious with it?

I went there to get beef filet for a special dinner for a family members birthday, the butcher was cruel, I asked her if she had any, to which she responded with a disgusted look, telling me "I wouldn't be able to find any in salem. " I then went to Fred Meyer and found all the ingredients I needed. Roth's had none of these, except for spicy mustard. Thanks Roth's.

My
Half gallon of milk was placed in the plastic bag side way and it leaked. The service was great.

Of course I love Roth's! It's our hometown store. A bit more expensive, but no maddening crowds, great service and they support local vendors. Roth's.you're worth it.

Only reason I am giving 2 stars is cause the checker "Marshall" was super nice & very polite. I dont think I need to say much else except see photo.

Moldy breads and produce on multiple visits, incredibly expensive and half the time expired. I'm a local and only shop here in extremely dire situations. Save the headache, head down the street!

I bought fruit to make a homemade basket. Not crowded, clean, organized and amazing customer service!

Decent selection and good prices. The younger workers could be more friendly, but I've never had a bad experience.

Cake decorators did an amazing job with my daughter's mermaid theme cake! I'm super impressed! Thank you so much!

Good selection, nice staff. Was offered help taking things to my car. It felt a little expensive but I don't go shopping that much.

My first time visiting Roth's but such a good experience. I got nice and friendly assistance, and I was very pleased and surprised at the beautiful fruit and vegetable area and found things to just look nice through out the store. I'll go back for sure! Great first impression!

Not the fanciest of the local Roth's but it has what you need. Not cheap, but higher quality than Safeway or Winco.

The store is very clean. The staff is very helpful when ask a question. Large parking lot. Easy access to Lancaster and Center street.

Omg it's my birthday and we ordered a cake with diagonal pastel rainbow line ls on it and we didn't even get a cake close to It

This little supermarket manages to have a great selection while also being a friendly neighborhood store.
