Be careful of the classic bait and switch with roto rooter. They tried to get me to do over $3k of work. When i got second opinion it proved that they tried to get me to do unnecessary work. I would never use again and don't recommend them at all. Now they won't even refund fees for the poor work they did "perform"

Customer service was great. Able to fit me in conveniently. Although they wanted damn near 450$ to stick a drain snake down a pipe. Bought one for 50 bucks at my local hardware store and had it cleared in 30 minutes. 450 seemed a little excessive

Waking up on Thanksgiving to sinks and toliets backed up is awful, stressful, and an all around nightmare. But Justin flew in like a hero, and not only saved the day, but left me feeling happy and fortunate to have met such a pleasent individual. I can't give enough praise, really. We definitely need more people like him in the world! Thanks again for everything Justin, hope you and your family have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Nik (4848) was polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and quick. I will definitely call Roto Rooter again and I will ASK fo Nik!

They were prompt with unclogging the main line. However, the promised sewer scope didn’t happen. I had to call again the next day to get them to come out. Any further delay would have caused more damage as I had a collapsing main line.

Nick helped me with an issue with my toilet plumbing a couple days ago and his customer service was superior! He is a very good person and represents his company very well!

We were fortunate enough to get Nick Sillett out. # 4848. He walked us through the whole process and was kind enough to explain it in terms I understood. The toilet gave him a hard time coming off to clear the drain and not once did he complain. He was very professional and personable. I Highly recommend him if you are able to ask for him. And WooHoo the toilet flushes.

Great! Extremely timely response to a problem we had in an upstairs bathroom resulting in water coming through the ceiling of the basement bathroom. It was fixed efficiently and professionally and additional guidance was offered on how to avoid these issues in the future. Really went above and beyond what was needed and we are very grateful!

After several other local plumbers came out to evaluate and repair our clogged pipe, only Roto Rooter was able to identify and repair the issue. Nik was amazing with his knowledge and professionalism. Roto Rooter is my new new go to for any plumbing issues.

Late in the evening, as we were getting ready for bed, the toilets, shower, and baths started to flood. We were unable to unclog it ourselves and were worried because every bathroom was impacted. With small children in the home, we needed a repair as soon as possible. They were able to get someone out to us within 40min! The service engineer was courteous, informative, helpful and did a wonderful job explaining our options. He took the time to do the job correctly and take our needs into consideration. Couldn't have asked for better help!

So, I didn't hire Roto Rooter for any plumbing jobs, but they really saved my bacon this morning. I woke up to the noise of my cat meowing uncontrollably, obviously in distress. It took me 10 minutes to find him trapped behind the water heater. He had fallen behind upside down and there was no escape route under or to either side. After searching for pet rescue options, I saw that Roto Rooter offered pet rescues. These were more for external applications (manholes, open sewer lines, etc.) but they said they'd come out no problem. I live in Vancouver, WA, and they sent a tech up from Wilsonville to get the job done! Darius was calm, cool, and collected as he came up with a game plan and put it into action. Five minutes, the cat was freed (and only a little less for wear). Thanks Darius and Thanks Roto Rooter!

Connor was amazing! He showed up on time, very polite by asking permission to pull into the driveway with his truck, bringing equipment into the home, and when re-entering home after going outside to his truck. I don’t think he should have to considering he’s here to do a job I asked for, but the fact that he did stands out and I would like to acknowledge it. He was direct, knowledgeable, and wasted no time getting to work. Organized and attentive to potential mess from working. Gave suggestions to help avoid my issue in the future. Job completed and no further issues with my plumbing from the kitchen to the laundry room.

The best part I have to say though is how patient, receptive, friendly, and amazing he was to my almost 2yr old son. Who was just in awe by what Conner was doing at our house with his tools Conner was also VERY understanding and patient with me in regards to getting ahold of the homeowner to retrieve information and was willing to help reschedule if needed.

I know this is a long review but I want to encourage anyone needing services through rotor router to ask for Connor! He's awesome.
