Recently called Roto-Rooter for a service call and they were able to fix our problem. Afterwards I had a question and called the office, and the manager responded quickly with a phone call. He answered my question to my satisfaction, and gave us advice on our next project. Appreciated his kind and gracious attitude.

Shower, load of clothes, dishwasher all going at the same time. Suddenly nothing is draining!
Called RR. Set up a time for someone to be there. Bridget calls back says she’s got someone coming sooner! Yeah! Dominic shows up. Drags out a camera on a snake device and in a short few minutes knocks the clog loose with that!
Slightly less than two hours from my call I’m calling my friend back to let him know that I can meet for lunch after all!
Thank you Roto-Rooter!

Quickly diagnosed problem, repaired timely, and it was very affordable. Super impressed with the whole experience. Will definitely use them again!

Karl was exceptional. We called on a Sunday and he responded promptly. He was able to diagnose our issue within moments. I suspect it took him more time to unload and load his equipment than it did to unclog our issue. HIGHLY recommend!

I’m an Oregon/Washington realtor and used roto rooter to hydro jet a residential sewer line as requested after a sewer scope on a property. The guys came out and jetted the line in a matter of 45 minutes as my client (homeowner) witnessed. We charged over $690 for the quick service. Roto rooter was my suggestion for the jetting as I’ve used them in prior transactions. I paid the invoice and when I presented it to my client, she had an issue with the price. She spoke with clog pro and they charge $295 for the same service. I verified this. I’ve reached out numerous times and left messages to roto rooter with concerns on the price. My client only reimbursed me the $295 that clog pro quoted. I get stuck with the remaining balance of nearly $400. Unfortunately no one from roto rooter will respond to my messages. I would encourage anyone to try clog pro before roto rooter and will pas this information on to all of my many peers. Disappointed.

We had to get a septic cleaning and inspection for a home purchase. They were able to get it scheduled very quickly which is why they are getting 2 stars instead of 1. The 1 star is earned due to the aggressive price gouging and the lack of willingness for them to share their rate schedule with me. They verbally told me what my charges were after the fact, but they were not itemized on the receipt and they were unable/unwilling to provide me with any documentation on what they charge. I can even understand a slightly higher price for quick responses, but charging $1230 for a service that another provider would charge $610 for is insane. They had even originally told us it was going to cost about $700 and the price jumped after discovering the tank was somehow more complicated. We did more research to find out what someone else would charge for the same "complicated" system and that is how we got the $610. We unfortunately are in a time crunch for closing, but I highly recommend finding someone else if you are not wealthy - which we are not!

UPDATE: I see they have responded to the gentleman realtor's concern, but will not respond to the female homeowner. Calling it out since this is a frequent experience I have as a woman in general. I am dropping this rating for this reason.

They literally picked up the line and hung up on me. Thrice! I'm very unhappy with them

Clumsy me, hit the outdoor faucet with the lawnmower and it crumbled in my hand. I turned the water off at the curb, so I had no water in the house for 24 hrs. After investigating the cost of plumbers in central Oregon, I decided to call a plumber. I called and learned there was a plumber in the area, it was my lucky day, no expensive travel time.
The job was fixed in less 40 minutes.
The plumber did not have the right cap but made it work with what he had, all in accordance with plumber rules.
While filling out my bill, and before I could see it, he said "this is what we charge for this kind of job. " My jaw dropped, the bill was $260. The job was not an emergency, not in off hours, no travel time, so why such an exorbitant fee? I did question him and learned it would have been $55 more for travel time, but he was in the area.
This incident will not go un-noticed. I will reach out to anyone that will listen and make sure this business is talked about in a negative light.

My sewer lift station went out and I needed it replaced. I ended up paying $3k for this service with Roto Rooter. My neighbors had the same issue the next week and Roto Rooter quoted them $4500. They had time to shop around and another company did the same work for $1000. It is absurd how overpriced this company is. Call around, I wish I had.

Rich responded quickly and was extremely efficient. He explained what he was doing and optional services that would help keep our kitchen drain clean. Very satisfied with the service!

We had a complete blockage of the main sewer line. Sewage was all
Over the ground under our deck! Rich not only cleared the line but helped us get 90% of the mess down the clean out and then helped me shovel up the rest! Great guy. Great service! And we got a couple tips on good places to check out in the area. I would use this service again.

Service was explained and feel the problem was taken care of. Then the 30day guarantee gives peace of mind.

Did not show up for appointment. Very unprofessional. Wasted 3 hrs of my time.

Do you have a Rick working for you? Have record of phone numbers on you site. Pretty sure it was your company!

I am changing the review rating, Jeannie from the bend office contacted me. Manager Dwight came out and evaluated the problem and gave good advice. They did not charge for the visit. Both we professional and knowledgeable

Well, the sewer backed up again. Called Thai at Rotor Rooter and, despite 2 feet of snow, he came out and scoped it. Once again, the roots of our beautiful blue spruce had blocked the 30 year old pipe. Thai gave us the bad news-it was time to replace the pipe.
Thai and Rick had that job completed in less than three days, including city inspection. They were both very knowledgeable and efficient. And really nice guys!
I highly recommend them for any sewer issues!

Our beloved cat was saved from a sewer pipe today. Big thanks to Steve Goddard and Dwight Mohr they responded to the scene very quickly and knew exactly what to do to help our cat out of the pipe. VERY EXPERIENCED AND PROFESSIONAL I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS SERVICE.
