Affordable prices for the vehicle repair that I needed. Professional and personal at the same time

I was broken down in a nearby parking lot and the gentlemen came and met me and gave me a jump. He had me follow him to the shop and cleaned up my battery for me, but I ended up just getting a new battery anyways. It was only about 25 minutes and he didn’t charge me for his service! I just paid for the battery and I was set!

Super friendly and won't sell you what you don't need! Plus they're pretty on par as far as time estimates. 100% recommend! Will be a repeat customer! Oh and super affordable too!

While I was driving home after getting my car worked on the check engine light came on. When I got home and looked there was a cable left unplugged, the cables in the engine bay were poorly put back into place, the engine cover was crooked and it caused the spout that feeds oil into the engine block to unhook itself from the engine block I had to take time to correct these problems. I don't know if they hired someone inexperienced, if they are all feeling burnt out, or they are over working their employees, but this is not acceptable. This is sloppy work and I am hoping the main reason that I brought the car in is actually fixed. I highly doubt the owner worked on my car, because these are rookie mistakes.

Russ has been fixing my vehicles since 2012, the work is done quickly, he has affordable prices, him and his wife both work there to meet and greet us with kindness, care and understanding. They have gone out of their way to help us get back on the road. They give great service, communication and patience everytime we go there.

I brought my truck to Russ becsuse I thought I blew up my engine. Seems the fan was hitting the shroud. I tried to pay Russ. He wouldn't accept any money. Genuinely, a good person. I'm a customer for life.

I was leaving the state for Thanksgiving to see family and I stopped for gas. My car didn't start after. I was so mad, upset and worried no one was open being the day before Thanksgiving. I got a new battery and was told to call RT automotive that they would help me. I called he told me to come over and he would put my battery in. I was so thankful and I will absolutely be back and tell everyone I know. The service was outstanding and he got me on the road to see my family in less than 15 minutes! Recommend highly 10/10

I had to replace my battery in a 2011 Audi, this is something I can typically do myself so I did only to learn that Audi requires the car computer be programmed to reset and learn the new battery. RT Automotive was able to make a next day appointment on my lunch break to perform the reset. I fully expected to pay up to an hour of shop time. It only took 10 minutes, and they didn't even charge me. Thank you O'Riley Auto parts for the recommendation and thank you RT Automotive for the great service!
