This place is great! I would recommend scheduling in advance since they are always busy which is a good thing. Anyways, I had my check engine light on for a few weeks, nothing major, and I took it in and they got it fixed and explained in detail what the problem was. I took it in again a few days later to get a full EVAC test done and the problem was fixed! I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs their car fixed!

I chose this auto repair shop based on their high reviews and was not disappointed! There was great communication during scheduling and while the car was in the shop with explaining what was going on and when it would be done. They did a complete inspection of the vehicle which found a few other areas that needed attention. They provided details and offered to address them but there was never any high pressure sales tactics. I appreciate that they use OEM parts and provide a warranty on their work. These guys absolutely go above and beyond! I’ve been to many shops and no one has done a better job of clearly explaining the issues that they found with my car. Even though it was a pretty expensive fix, they were very communicative and came in under budget and much quicker than originally anticipated. In addition, they took care of some other things that they found needed to be handled while under the hood. If that wasn’t enough, they put a few miles on the car just to make sure there wouldn’t be any surprises. I’ll be taking all my cars to these guys from now on.

My 2003 Subaru Forrester was stuck in park. I called several places and was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks before I could make an appointment. I called Rubens, got it in there that day, and had it back two days later. I had told them it was no rush because I have another vehicle to drive. They did a great job, they were quick and professional and very reasonable. I would use them again in a New York minute.
