Ruby's on Genessee, Medford OR

I’m loving Ruby’s on Genessee! I live close enough to walk and have been loving their new falafel wrap, their hamburger is awesome and they’ve got some decent selections on tap including local Kombucha by Moxie Brew! Looking forward to chilling on the deck soon!

Paul is the man. Helped me discovered the steak and egg burrito, it’s delicious. Great service fast and friendly.

Got the bah mi and not anything like the one in Ashland.the meat was pink. I felt gross after. Too bad - great menu but need to step it up!

Paul is making slammin cocktails here! New hours open until 5pm and perfect cozy spot for a drink, food, and great company. Between the breakfast burritos, mimosas, and hot toddy our Sunday was immediately elevated thanks to Paul. We will be back for more!

I love Ruby’s so much. I live all the way in Portland and this is my absolute favorite place to eat when i come to southern Oregon, it’s a must. They have amazing drinks and food and it’s so clean. The staff is also so laid back and kind! Theyre also starting to stay open until 5 now which is so nice when you want something yummy in the evening:)

A weekly stop for me to go for a breakfast burrito and work on my real estate business! Great value for food drink and good company!

Always a slow moving line, never really anywhere to sit, parking sucks if you drive anything larger then compact, no prices in the menus.
Definitely is not the cool experience like in the Ashland location

No prices listed on the chalkboard list of items to select from. Turns out spendy for a sandwich & egg burrito. It was tasty. Loud & took awhile to get our order.

Walked in and was rushed into ordering before looking to the menu. The kid that took our order was rude. The waitstaff did not see welcoming. The cook came out of the kitchen for a second and spoke to us more than anyone one. Cute decor, but very loud and echoey. Breakfast burritos was good but definitely not worth the hassle.

The service was good, the wait wasn’t long, the food is good but don’t get the rice bowl unless you aren’t very hungry… it’s literally a cup half filled.

Update: literally just found a hair in the bottom of the cup wish I could take my $7 tip back.

Update update lol: I also just realized that they didn’t even put cabbage in it! We got two and they skipped cabbage for both.

Had the Ruby Burger. By the end I was impressed, it wasn't ground breaking but it was perfectly executed. Next time I'll get more adventurous I'm sure it will be great!

Yummy egg sandwich but don’t get me started with the breakfast burritos the RGD is my favorite! Such generous portions so we always share a burrito!

Food and people are the bomb. Hands down.
My fourStar is, I'm a picky music human. And there wasn't any water cups out lol place is great.

Hello, I was here this morning before a lake trip with some friends, and I made a promise to the beautiful lady with a tan that I would leave a review. I felt compelled to write this review because the atmosphere at this location is incredibly inviting, vibrant, and harmonious with nature. I also want to express my gratitude for the fact that I can always count on Rubys for a wholesome and quick breakfast before embarking on a long journey to the lake.

During our visit, we even engaged in a conversation about "chicken shawty" and how if Rubys on Genessee were to venture into a similar franchise system, it could potentially dominate the world. I'm unsure if the tan beauty was the owner, but she certainly seemed well-informed and spoke eloquently, exuding a brilliant demeanor. I'm absolutely convinced that with an individual of her caliber, possessing such charisma and eloquence, this establishment will undoubtedly experience rapid and remarkable growth. I implore you to please support this business.

My best wishes go out to the owners, and I'm sending heartfelt prayers that their journey towards expansion is filled with abundance and prosperity. The food quality here is truly exceptional in terms of flavor, and the added bonus is that every dish they serve arrives piping hot, with their burritos being delightfully substantial. We also discussed how it's surprising that there isn't a chain similar to Chipotle that specializes in breakfast burritos like Rubys. Hopefully, someday I'll witness this business making its mark in Arizona when I return home to visit.
