I've utilized Rush's services for years now for work, and they have never once put a foot wrong. Given how many moving parts there are working in the legal field, it's always been a huge relief to know that I don't have to worry about service getting done. Can't recommend highly enough!

I used Rush Process Service (RPS) to have my daughter’s ex-boyfriend served with a restraining order a few weeks ago. My daughter had filed the order with the court this month, but after two weeks the sheriff still had not even tried to serve the order. Because her ex-boyfriend was violent and threatening to kill my daughter (in addition to stalking her at home), it was very frightening to know that the cops couldn’t do anything until he was served. So I called Mike at RPS to have the order served (since I had seen several other good reviews online). Mike was great. He sent out the process server on the day we spoke and he was able to serve the ex-boyfriend after three days. Because the ex-boyfriend was trying to dodge the server, they had to do an extended stake-out on the guy, but were able to serve him just two days later. Mike also kept me informed on all the details during the days they were trying to serve the ex-boyfriend.

Once a person is served, RPS also files the Declaration of Service not only with the court (for the local cops’ data base), but they also file the Declaration with all the sheriffs’ offices in the Tri-County area so that they have the person in their data base. It just takes RPS a few hours after service to upload the Declaration to all the relevant law enforcement offices. It was a huge relief to know that her ex -boyfriend was served.

Since I am a paralegal at a mid-sized law firm, I advised all the legal assistants in our office that they should use RPS for process serving and/or to file any documents with the court if needed, as RPS is very good at what they do. My office practices a lot of Washington law and Mike said they handle Washington State matters as well.

I would highly recommend RPS for process serving and/or filing of documents with the courts. I was very impressed with the job they did for me. I have used other legal messenger services with my job but they were not nearly as effective as RPS was. RPS is the only company I will use from now on.

WOW! Rush Delivery literally goes above and beyond the call of duty for their clients! I had paperwork that needed to be delivered to my daughter's ex, but I didn't have a home address for him, because he's homeless. All I had was his work address and some random addresses of his family members to go on.
Rush Delivery put out extra effort to find him and make sure he was served the paperwork. They worked early morning and late night looking for him, and YESSSSS, were able to serve him! I'll be sending them ALL of my business in the future!
