The guy who owns and operates RV Oregon LLC collected thousands from me and did absolutely nothing to fix my RV and refuses to give back my money. Stay far away!

TLDR: Be clear about what he's doing, what he's charging when and where parts are coming from. If you can get the parts yourself, do so ahead of time because he charges $179 an hour to get parts.

We had some miscommunication. I wanted the rear shocks replaced out of my 2008 E350 class C motorhome. He responded quickly and was able to come out the same day, in contrast all the shops I called around Portland told me it would be either next week or later. He seemed to have a firm grasp on how to do the work.
The trouble came with the price. He never mentioned the price or offered an estimate. And I never brought up the price until he had gone to the parts store, Which is when I asked him for an estimate. I've had mechanics that come to you do work for me before and had a ballpark Idea.
The price was $199 for coming out to look at the RV and $179 an hour. For 3 hours. Plus parts. The shocks he quoted me were $150+ a piece. With his discount.

I ultimately told him to stop where he was. Without doing any repairs he said it was 199+one hour. We ultimately agreed on $300.

The entire time he remarried professional and cordial.

I ended up buying a pair of Monroe shocks from NAPA at about $110 a piece and replacing them myself. It did take me close to 3 hours to complete the Job.

Overall, I would say just ask for an estimate, to make sure you're on the same page.which seems obvious in hindsight.

The sole owner of RV Oregon LLC stole $2,201.50 from my family! He convinced us to give him a deposit and promised we'd have our camper fixed before we had to leave town, as we are full-time RVers. He was super communicative prior to us giving him money and was pushy about the deposit. He had weeks to complete the job, in which he was to make $179/hour for his labor, and told us he had access to all the parts and that it would get done plenty in time. A week before we are set to depart and needing our home back, we try to touch base with him to see how things are going. He ignored us all week then finally said he had an emergency and would get it done and give us an estimate by Friday. All weekend we tried to contact him, and we were ignored. Called from a different number which he didn't know was us calling and he called back that number, proving that he was getting all of our texts and calls! Let me tell you, this guy has no problem ignoring you and when he finally gets back to you, he will go strong with excuses. Read his bad reviews on the Better Business Bureau where he has an F rating, and you will see! He ghosted us up until the day we were packing to leave Oregon, and I started calling his personal cell phone and the sheriff. He finally said he was in Idaho and hadn't even started our camper repairs and didn't even have the parts! He had our camper left at his house completely unlocked, no lock on the hitch! Anyone in Portland could have stolen it. He told us to get the camper and that he would refund us 100% right away. Well here we are, and we've given him plenty of days to refund us but of course he had an excuse about Zelle not working and has been silent ever since. He is still ghosting us, no surprise! We are out over TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS, wasted a month of our time and several trips to Portland, two hours roundtrip from where we were staying, plus all the time trying to contact him and stress involved, still have a broken camper and no money to get it fixed elsewhere! I don't care what anyone else says on here, if this happened to me then it can happen to you! He has no integrity. Someone on BBB reported that he broke something on their RV when he was looking at it and he promised to fix it for them but then ghosted the guy. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. He needs to be shut down. I'm interested to see if he replies to this review, as he won't reply to our calls and texts! Give us our money back! Until then, anything you have to say to the public is null and void.

Andrew saved our family trip. We were doing a 2 week 4k miles trip from socal to Canada. We had an accident in OR (low hotel clearance) & broke our rooftop AC on our campervan. It was late July 3rd. July 4th we called all other shops and all closed for the holiday, Andrew was the only one who responded to our call. He came and patched up our van to make it drivable to continue our trip north. On our way back we called him if he could get a new AC installed (we had a very tight sched/itinerary). Drove back to his homeshop. After a few hrs, voila our new Ac installed. It probably would've taken other shops weeks or even months to fix. He was very detailed and professional. Its over 100F in socal so AC is a must have. Thank you Andrew for everything. Highly recommended.

I would give zero stars if I could. I cannot tell you how many times my husband and I have called & texted for service with no response. It's super disappointing we can't support this local company.

Full time RVer here. I was charged $328 for a "diagnosis" that my water heater pipe had burst. This was obvious given the water spraying out the copper pipe in back after the 2022 winter storm. I was told that the pipe could be repaired, but they needed to check with Laurelhurst Distributors. After I didn't hear anything back from RV Oregon for about 4 hours, I called the distributors to find out they were closed for the next few days due to the holidays. RV Oregon never contacted me back. I ended up hiring another mobile RV repair company because I needed the repairs done urgently. I contacted RV Oregon back to find out they were able to refund the service charge (seeing as Andrew didn't do anything). Andrew offered to refund $28. What a joke and absolute slap to the face. This company will take advantage of you & I never ended up getting any refund whatsoever.
