Very small "park", a plot of land too small for a house yet containing a very large old-growth Douglas Fir tree thriving on it. It's also at the round-about on Avery St.

This "park" is more like a very small green space. Which is nice because green spaces are wonderful, but it's not really a place for walking, or kids to play.
