They quickly & efficiently fixed a chip in our F350s windshield at no cost to us. Insurance handled everything. Easy and hassle free process. Many locations to choose from. They kept us in the loop through text message and called us in about an hour when the repair was completed.

Got my appointment canceled 2 times and did not get a notification email, text or call! They just never showed.had to check the website to find out what happened and when i called to see when i could get my windshield replaced was on hold for 45 minutes just for them to tell me to go online and re book that way

If you call the number, you get an automated system. If you ask for an operator, it says it will connect you to one and then hangs up on you.

Such nice people, who genuinely want to get you in and out the door as fast as they can. They ordered the part ahead of my appointment, and notified me when it had arrived. They even took care of all the insurance stuff so I only paid my deductible. The payment was easy I just did it on my phone while I waited. They provided a comfortable place for me to wait a few hours while my windshield was being replaced. Warning to others, make sure your appointment is an actual appointment, rather than a drop-off appointment (that’s usually what you get if you book online). If your confirmation says “drop off at 9: 30” it means that they can squeeze you into the day’s schedule, and it will be done by the end of the day. So if you don’t want to sit and wait a while (like until 5pm at the latest) then plan for someone to drive you home and back. So many people came in not understanding that and left upset because they didn’t want to leave their car there for the day. This is not the location’s fault, but people not reading their appointment information correctly.

I had my windshield replaced at this Safelite location on Highway 212 and the cameras on the windshield re-calibrated. They seem to be much better at keeping a timeline and at installing than the North Portland location. Things went well and they were done in 2 1/2 hours.

Didn’t go through this company since it was the most expensive quote I have ever found. It was like 900 bucks. Compared to the the company I went with for $268.

They are great with customer service and dealing with very complicated people they explained the process and even being short staffed they were amazing

Scheduled an appointment 2 days prior through geico.they wait till 2: 30pm monday of my 12-5pm window (for 2 cars) to call and say they have to push my appointment to friday. With horrible excuses of why. Excuse after excuse.

Was able to get next day service had the factory glass and done in less than two hours very happy.

Replaced my windshield and did a great job after I botched it with my boy. All good now these guys are solid

Safety auto glass did a fantastic job on my vehicle, Trey was my Auto glass installer, We both agreed it was better to bring it down to the shop because of the weather conditions, so I followed him to the shop, it didn't take much time at all Trey even vacuumed the interior of my car and sanitized before he gave it back to me, I highly recommend this company and Tray as an installer.

Took longer than expected but did a good job. Window was dirty around the outer edge. Figured out later it was glue that didnt wipe off well, just smeared.
