Safeway, Wilsonville OR

If you have any hesitation or phobias about shopping safely with social distancing.this is not the Safeway to go to. The one is Lake Oswego on A Street is much more organized. When I arrived there were no clean carts, no baskets, no attendant and no hand-wipes. The one way aisle signs on the floor where the opposite direction of the stay 6 feet away floor graphics in the aisle. This means people approaching from the other end of the aisle think they are going in the right direction. Safeway staff were not heading the 6 ft away rule and brushed up against me in the aisle. In addition, the check out lines were crowded and no one way wiping down the conveyor belts. Other stores are taking this more seriously as well as shoppers. Many people were not wearing mask. I am not normally concerned with this but at this point in time, I too want the country to reopen and adhere to some preliminary guideline in order to stay healthy.

This Safeway was 1 HR late to open the doors. The cashier lulu was very rude, didn't even say one word to me not even a thank you! It's not ok to continue a conversation with another employee while you'r checking someone out. I will not be back!

It's gotten better over the last year or two. Prices are a little higher than Fred Meyer though. But staff is friendlier and produce is fresher than a couple of years ago.

Go to any other safeway, real management only is there for a few hours on Thursday and the teenagers could care less about customer service, there notorious for being lazy and constantly Miss-Advertise the products, the meat section has gotten somewhat better but the customer is Never right, you ask for a Manager and all you'll get is some stoned kid telling you the managers not there. I will never go back its to unprofessionally ran, and for those prices Hell No.

I don't like that I have to have a club card because I feel like someone's keeping track of me too closely.if you're going to give me a good deal just give it to me. I haven't found too many good deals at safeway. Sometimes I forget my club card and the actual prices are more like 7-Eleven. That's not convenient!

Store opening hours good, stock is almost always available. Store is maintained and cleaned properly. Staff is good as well.

I shop here all the time and I have never had an issue. I do know a lot of the employees working here and I know they work ridiculously hard. Often working 40+ hours 6 days a week. I also know they have a completley new meat department manager who is trying really hard to make the department even better!

Please fix the terrible self checkout kiosks. Besides needing to attended several times to get the bag scales to stop freaking out. I have twice now had to deal with the card scanners taking out the balance of my bank account. Both times were for small purchases. The system would deny my card and when I checked my account on my banking app I would have zero funds. I could see in the account history that Safeway withdrew significantly more than the purchase amount. This required me having deal with your financial services department at customer service to rectify the problem. I don't have time for this when I'm trying to get home to make dinner for my family. There should not be any possibility of this situation taking place and yet it has twice now. Unacceptable.

Came in on a saturday morning, stopped by the starbucks located right by the entrance, walked around shopping, admiring the style inside the store.it feels like a step up from most, but idk for sure.would definitely love if this was my neighborhood store.

I was in the produce department today and looking at the fresh cut fruit. Allison approach me with a friendly hello and asked if I had any questions. I was happy with how well she answered my questions. I am also very pleased at the appearance of the produce department over the last month. Keep it up

The employees are extremely rude and won't help you find anything. They go out of there way to be rude. So I no longer will be shopping there and don't think anyone else should either

Small and convenient, good deals especially if you have the app good If you dont, you should of download it by now the app lets you check up on your rewards points plus the exclusively digital code discount

there's a starbucks in there and they never mess up my order plus u get safeway rewards points hell yeah brother

Severely understaffed. Not well stocked. WiFi for their App barley works in the front. Nothing in the back AND their many coupons (just for you, digital) don't always work once you check out!

Went to this store because it was convienent for me as a new mom. Will no longer be going here due to the terrible quality of the meat I've purchased meat here multiple times and every other time the meat was spoiled. I stopped going for two weeks and decided to give it another chance by purchasing a slice of cake that I usually love from them especially since I purchased my baby shower cake from them. Unfortunately, when I got home and was half way finished with my cake I realized on the bite i was about to eat it had a dead bug inside of it! I was so sick to my stomach when i saw this and highly upset. I will never come back here and I don't recommend this store. Fred Myers has better quality and prices.

I would give higher rating but the prices on certain everyday items were quite a bit over priced. I will go to Safeway when they have good sale items available

It was a nice experience. Prices are getting higher & higher even on the non brand name's. It's ridiculous! But it wasn't busy & the cashier was friendly. Didn't feel like going to Fred Meyer's so settled on Safeway. Got a decent discount on what I bought. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I have had several negative experiences at this Safeway, which is why I try my best to avoid going here whenever I possibly can. The prices are much too high. I once saw an elderly man looking for his car keys in the parking lot so I offered to check inside the store. I spoke with the manager who could not have cared less and I felt brushed off. During a city wide water emergency, Safeway's water bottles were marked at a low price, but when I checked out, the price was much higher and the manager informed me it's because I'll get my money back when I turn in the bottles. I felt scammed. Normally very nice cashiers, but tonight I had one that was very rude because she forgot to turn off her light before I got in her lane. She could have said "sorry! I meant to turn off the light, I'm closed. " However, she spoke very rudely after I'd been in her lane for 5 minutes. I'd go to another store if you have the option.
