Safeway, Beaverton OR

Nice market with extremely helpful staff. I recently relocated here from Phoenix, AZ and I love this well-stocked store.

Older woman at Self checkout cashier profiles people and will stand directly behind you to watch and make sure you pay. I go to this Safeway often and always pay! Stop profiling people it’s disgusting and horrible customer service!

My boyfriend and I came in with an Instacart order and Madison S. Was our cashier. She was soo nice and made it seem like we actually knew her! She definitely has a great personality for the job she does! Thank you Madison s. For making us feel soo comfortable

I have to echo what other reviews have said. They don't seem to take any kind of Covid protocols seriously. The store was incredibly busy, no real enforcement of any kind of social distancing. But at least the staff was wearing masks.

Bagger didn't put my drink in the bad like I told him to. Friend who used to work there told me thats how the baggers get free stuff. Thieves.

Long checkout lines. This store needs to be remodeled, it always feels so cramped and cluttered in this store that I hate shopping here. Only reason I stopped here was because I was nearby and regretted it as soon as I walked in. Never making that mistake again.

It’s ironic to call your store “Safe”way when you let people like Cheryl go around wreaking havoc with her shopping cart.

Small selection of pretty much anything, prices are high. Our cashier Jayde was nice, but will go somewhere else in the future.

Great selection, great products, horribly busy parking lot and always a wait in line to check out.

The staff here is super friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Everytime I have any problems they quickly solve them and sometime they are able to fix them better then they broke them. On top of it they usually have some of the best produce at the cheapest prices in the area. Then they also always have a rotating sale on fresh meat. Beef and pork mainly. Have to say they make it hard to go anywhere else.

Added a 15 dollar cleaning deposit on a carpet cleaner when I rented one and refused to tell me what criteria they used to determine if it was clean. Which was code for 'we just want to rip you off for 15 extra dollars'. So before returning it I scrubbed the inside of both tanks and wiped the mud and dirt that was on it when I rented it off. Still got charged the 15.

Staff is good here, but parking sucks, the gas station layout sucks, and the place is always -*SLAMMED*- with people. Be prepared for good selection of decent food, decent gas prices, and long, long lines.

The gas station employees don’t know what they are doing. The worst experience I have ever had. They are lazy.one of the longest lines and Wait time just to get gas. When there are multiple gas pumps open they are not flagging customers to go to the open gas pumps. Constantly leave gas cap is loose creating check engine lights. I have work at gas station pumping gas before it’s not that hard.

It was super busy and I had to wait for nearly 10 minutes before my presence was acknowledged at the sandwich counter. Also do not takr large vehicles to this location unless you use teal to approach the patking lot. I was in a 40 ft school bus and was not able to turn down any of the parking lanes.

If you have an issue, don't waste your time or energy on trying to resolve it with the store management, you could as well talk to any of the garbage cans in front of the store.

I believe his name was Aaron and he was seriously amazing yesterday! He had a crazy customer and his customer service was 100% with him even though the shopper was so awful. He was kind to me and provided the best customer service possible in a hard situation. Management needs to recognize him for his for sure! If I got yr name wrong he is a younger fella with gages and great customer service! Well done dude!

About the same as my home Safeway. Set up a smidge different but well lit, easy to read signs and extremely helpful staff. Clean and tidy. Bathrooms are oddly located but everything else was great.

Convenient. They always have good sales, products are good. Friendly staff, pharmacy is convenient as well. Parking is never an issue.

Great spot to go late night just for snacks or a quick beer, also they always have free cookies by the bakery so that’s a plus. My go to for all my grocery needs
