28 The staff and management are very rude.
There are heroin addicts that stay out in front of the store to panhandler drug money all day. It's a regular hang out for the homeless.
Don't go at night.
Rude and VERY poor bagging. Asked for light bags and got heavy ones, broken eggs, and squished cream puffs!
You'll definitely find what you're looking for however their Deli has a lousy waiting line service, you cannot pull a number and people are always jumping in front of you. The customer service there can definitely use a bit of a tune-up.
Horrible customer service at the deli. Doesn't seem like anyone wants to be there let alone help customers. Using a shop vac around open condiment containers for making sandwiches. 5 workers, 1 worker helping customers while everyone else wony make eye contact so they can stay on their task at hand. After waiting for 10 minutes to be acknowledged, the ladies attitude made me want to take my business elsewhere.
We were having company over and bought two chickens to take home for dinner and upon getting them home realize that they were both burnt and the meat was very dry! The lady at customer service didn't hesitate to return our money to us she was very polite and very understanding great experience overall
The store was clean and the people was friendly, I got everything I needed, and even took advantage of a few sales,
Store too small! Needs a self checkout, the Lincoln City store remodeled put in more self checkouts, tillamook Safeway lines backup, backups clog the isles, making it hard for shoppers to get through. Sometimes I have 1- 3 items, would be nice to have self checkout, I dont like long lines not necessary these days!
I will say the Signature Cafe folks are not the friendliest. However, the store is very neat, and the produce blows Fred Meyers out of the water. It’s quiet and quick.
