Safeway, Roseburg OR

Never going back! No enforcement of making policy and high customers cursing (spun out). No n95s for the employees but they can't enforce only suggest? This sounds like the customer and employees alike do not matter!

They have alot of products and never seem to run out of everything. The vegetables last longer from here then other stores

Big signs stating you must wear a Mask and several people in the store without one. It's not just for my protection, it's for everyone, even if you don't want to wear it. It's there to protect you too from me, and you from others. It's really not that hard to do. One lady walking around with a Dog in her cart? The Deli wouldn't make any fresh Chicken Tender's and the Meat Department was out of the Ground Beef advertised on sale. Total lack of preparation. Also stood at the deli for almost 10 minutes while the guy back there ignored me. Out of the O Organics Onion Rings Baked Sweet Maui again too. I finally left.

I tried using coupon it did not ring up discount, clerk did not honor, left and confirmed at home it describe product I tried to purchase.

I shop there and am rather angry about the lack of masks. This is a private company and they have the right to deny service to anyone who won't wear them. Shame on them.

We used to be a Grocery Outlet shopping family its closest to our home even though since the Pandemic ive noticed its very crowded and they dont enforce the mask mandate that was until today. I live in a building that is all Sienors and or Disabled and the seven years Ive been here there have been 2 grocery carts in the building that have been here for a decade or more (its how we get our groceries to our apartments and most of us buy or did from Grocery Outlet) and the new owners of Grocery Outlet apparently saw a resident using said cart and demanded it be returned or the police would be involved really? Needless to say they got thier 2 carts back. My husband called Safeway and spoke with Tim a Manager and they happily donated 2 carts to the building from carts they were going to be thrown away so good on you Safeway I will never shop at Grocery Outlet again and Thankyou Safeway way to be a caring member of the community I have also noticed an improvement at Safeway keeping us all safe Thankyou

Clean well run store.employers for the mist part seem to like their job.good produce dept.large deli products.

It's a Safeway. What else can I say? I mean.you'd have to have lived in a cave.on Mars, for the last 20 or 30 years, otherwise you probably have been in a Safeway by now. People make the difference here. These are very courteous n clean n not evil price-gougers like Albertsons. (even tho they're owned by the same corp. What's THAT about?)

Wow the ladies in the bakery were so helpful and gave the best customer service I've seen in a long time thanks Lisa and Sara

Unlike some other stores in the area Safeway is one of the places that I know the employees will actually smile when you walk up to them to ask a question or to get help with finding something. Other places, either you can't find an employee or when you do they have this "Why me? " expression on their faces.
