13 Big store. Very few empty spots on shelves. Helpful staff even though they were busy.
I need new store to consolidate shopping at Trader Joe's. I shop TJ's about once a month. I am thinking I could do both Safeway and TJ's on major shop days. So, I was looking the store over to see what it was like. It's nice.
Great, clean well displayed meat/fish, produce and bakery. Well stocked grocery.
Only problem for me is it is too busy. Everyone found it first. I have hard time shopping in busy stores.
Even though busy, two Safeway clerks asked if they could help me find anything.
I am impressed with the store. Probably try it next big shop. I live in south eugene so I may not be able to shop TJ's and Safeway.frozen food.
People in that area are sure lucky.
Yesterday I didn't notice that the receipt was blank I couldn't check the prices of the items I bought because I thought they may have over charged me I can't believe I didn't look at it before I left the store
I am handicapped and appreciate the ride around carts. When I got to the counterto pay for my groceries.a male employee offered to follow me to my car. Unload my groceries and drive the cart back for me! What a blessing that was!

The Safeway on Coburg road has great fresh donuts and bagels in the morning. Employees are friendly and very helpful.
Managers need more training on how to handle Safeway gift cards however one employee helped me pick out vegan options
Deli was empty, bakery was nothing but crumbs, no employees in sight. What's going on guys? And why do you guys not have pizza sticks anymore?
Great place to spend 20% more money than Walmart. Donuts taste terrible at every location prepackaged sweets are double the price.meat section isn't much better
Nor a fan. Safeway is equal to a muscular man who kisses his arm muscles in the mirror 10 times a day.
Good old stand by but not very competative with other discount vendors, if not for over pricing it would be one of my favorites.
This is a very nice store, very clean and the staff is very nice.but the prices are a bit high on most things
I'm getting a sandwich for lunch and Alcuin is the NICEST employee I've ever encountered at this establishment. Not only was he kind to me but also to his fellow employees. He's amazing!

This place is always short of checkers ir seams people have to wait about 15 or more minutes for just a few groceries I try to avoid going there sometimes I drive over to the Walmart even now it is a little farther
