7Nice people but isn't answering the phone apart of taking care of customers?
They need to fix the way people stand in line! You can't get to the meat department because the line for the pharmacy is always in the way and people won't move out of the way! Fix it!
The Pharmacy experience was great, the gentleman behind the counter was awesome and his customer service skills were great. Thank You! The person giving the vaccines needs to learn some customer service skills and how to really take care of the patient. It really shouldn't matter if you are having an off day or not you are dealing with customers. This by far was the worst vaccine experience I have ever had. He didn't have his mask on properly much less at all. Didn't talk to us at all, not even a band aid for the area in which was vaccinated! Very disappointed in this pharmacy in that aspect. He didn't even want to hand out the coupons for getting vaccinated! How sad.
In 6 months they have never answered the phone once. They have never returned a voice message. There is nowhere to leave an email message. The only place to leave an email you get a message back saying that email is only fir technical problems with the website. I am now on my 4th day without medicine because for 2 weeks they can’t fill it.
There cannot be a worst pharmacy on the East Coast!
Obviously not enough staff BUT don't act like a customer with a problem is not as important as a covid test. They NEVER answer the phone and when they do there are 2 friendly techs but the rest of staff need some kind of training. I can't even believe how awful the place is. Safeway should be disgusted with the pharmacy and treating customers like they do not matter.
Good pharmacy and nice people but they dont know how to answer a phone. How can anyone get their meds filled if they cant get ahold of anyone?
