Safeway Pharmacy, Gresham OR

We switched to shopping here from the Burnside Fred Meyer last year because the staff is so much friendlier and better at their jobs, but lately the store has gotten pretty filthy. This past weekend we found A LOT of rotten produce on the shelves, puddles of stinky meat juice in the cool cases, and actual flies buzzing around. Clean your store! Throw away rotten food! Please!

Most of the pharmacy staff wear their masks with their nose sticking out, or even let them hang off their face. The consulting pharmacist had her mask under her chin while consulting me. Why bother to even have a mask on if you're going to wear it improperly? These people should know better.

This store usually has good cutomer service. Today during self checkout young man was rude. Maybe he was having a bad day.

I love most of the staff, they are super friendly, not judging, and helpful info.

The Pharmacists get our prescriptions filled in a timely matter and do great at their job.

Never have had a bad experience they usually always have what I need and fill them in a timely manner. They go above and beyond to help with any issues.

My insurance hasn't kicked in yet, and the pharmacy staff member (Melanie) took the time to research a better price for what she said would have been "ridiculous" out of pocket. Sounds like she saved me about 50% by going above and beyond my request to just fill it.

I haven't actually been in yet, but I really appreciate that level of service.
