10Not going to lie I don't write a lot of reviews.but this has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever used. I end up waiting at least 30 minutes in line every single time. Yesterday there was 12 people in front of me in line and 2 behind me. This is by no means the employees fault, it is the company. Employees are working as hard as they can, but please Safeway hire more people. There is only one person helping people, and they are clearly overworked. Safeway do better. And everyone else literally choose ANY other pharmacy.
These folks are amazing. The number of customers they have has increased 3 fold, and they still manage to get things done in a respectful and timely manner. Their Pharmacy Tech Dineen is the most pleasant, cool to talk to person. I suggest transferring your services over this way
Same review as everyone else. Takes forever to get your meds. I’m now waiting 1.5 hours coz they only filled half of my prescription? Who’s in charge of this place? Get more people!
I can never get on there they send you a verification code by the time you get back it's gone this sucks
Every 28 day i git my pain meds so yesterday I wund to pick up my meds but WOW 1 off them was on order, how samthing like this by on order that Sud by on ther sells, so pepol can git ther meds see sad ther OUT, Der parmecy manager not doing his JOP.
A joke. Why have a customer service when your company cannot keep up with the service that you provide? All these employees milling around doing nothing and only one person working out of two registers or is it three with all the services that you provide prep your customers to not stand eight deep in a line for 30 minutes I've been here 30 minutes. For a money order.

Didn’t update hours on their recording. Came to pick up needed medication and they were close. Should of either updated hours or found someone to cover. Very upset about situation.
They have NO idea what customer service looks like. Call to them this morning to ask about an RX written and sent last night. They said they got it but it wasn’t ready yet. Go by after work to pick it up and they say they are out of stock. No call, no text, nothing all day after the call made this morning. Ask the staff behind the pharmacy desk why or how this could have happened and legitimately nothing but blank stares. The pharmacist Greg also has nothing to say when asked the same question. What happened to common courtesy and customer service. At the very least an apology and possible solutions are warranted in this situation. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! You are better off using those Rx by mail pharmacies. Sadly better customer service from automated phone calls.
Not only do they never answer the phone for a call in prescriptions this is also the ONLY Safeway that won’t let you pay for over the counter meds at their pharmacy. I’ve never had problems with other Safeway pharmacy’s.
Just go to Walgreens, this pharmacy isn’t worth supporting.
Came out here recently to get a shot and was pleasantly surprised at how quiet & clean their waiting room is. They seem well staffed or at least during the day I had visited. The pharmacy tech I spoke with was very prompt and helpful. Overall I had a good experience here & would consider transferring my prescriptions here.
