Sailor Jack's Oceanfront Inn

Last minute booking through expedia for my anniversary with the wife. Very nice hotel right on the beach. Tucked away from the main street in Lincoln City, but very close to everything. We got the kitchen suite as it was the only option on expedia. Very good sized room with a corner view. Bed was pretty comfortable, but the frame was metal and load if you accidently hit it. Bathtub floor was creaky, but the wayer stayed hot. The bidet was an interesting addition. The view was incredible and the beach down below was perfect. I will stay here again hopefully for more than the one night we were able to stay. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay here. I believe it has been completely renovated- the room was clean, everything was like new. Excellent location with ocean views and easy beach access. We stayed in a standard king room on the first floor. Loved the patio and the view! Friendly service. We will stay here again!

Great room and you can't beat the location and I look forward to coming back in September. The room matched the picture on their official website.

This hotel is the best hotel in Lincoln City it has beautiful views of the ocean with decks the staff is the friendliest ever the prices are very reasonable and it's pet friendly and it has access right to the beach from your patio the only thing that I would suggest is they need to fix the outdoor fireplaces that they used to have and perhaps offer a little bit more for the breakfast crowd other than that outstanding we stayed there at least twice a year

Excellent for the price. The beds are great and the view is fantastic! It appears that it has been refurbished on the inside and it appears quite modern so don't let the funky exterior fool you.

If I had a complaint it's that the microwave plate does not turn.

A pleasing and unexpected feature is that the toilet is equipped with a bidet. Having never used one before, I found the experience pleasing.

I definitely recommend this place!

This is our FAVORITE place to stay in Lincoln City. It is truly a hidden gem. I've been going here for over 20 years and will keep coming back.

The rooms have been updated, EVERY room is ocean front, they accept fur babies, there are fireplace and jacuzzi rooms, on and on.

The employees are awesome, especially Angie. She remembers her regular patrons and goes out of the way to make all patrons feel welcome.

All in all, we love Sailor Jack's.

Room was actually pretty clean, and I'm super picky. Beach views are spectacular. Dog friendly.

Very decent for the price. The stairs to the beach is sturdy (as in july 2023). Cons: No AC and you can hear the people in the floor above you.

Nice clean rooms with a great view of the water. Hotel has its own steps down to the beach so it’s super convenient. Also close to the shops and restaurants in Lincoln city. Appreciated the pet accommodations as well. Overall felt it was good value for a weekend trip from the city and would stay there again. Thank you!

This hotel provides a very relaxing stay with a beautiful ocean view. The patio is a nice place to lounge, with fire pits and chairs. Nothing short of a wonderful vacation experience.

Beautiful room, best veiw I've had at a beach front hotel, easy access to the sand from the hotel, clean and fantastic service. The only negative was some channels didn't have great reception but we were tired enough from the beach we just went sleep. I highly recommend, we will be back!

Have stayed here before. Great views and friendly staff. Room is just a bit small but the bed is very comfortable and there is a small fridge and a microwave so all in all pretty sweet.

Not impressed, and they were more expensive than staying in hotels in Waikiki Hawaii. Nothing special and hard to get view of the ocean unless you were standing at the window. We passed on this one.

I love my stay at sailor Jack's I could book out my patio window and watch the waves hit the shore it's a beautiful place anyone who wants an excellent vacation stay at sailor Jack's

Great location but that's about it. Our room was noisy, dated, and run down. Our ocean front deck had zero privacy so we just didn't use it. We didn't expect many frills and amenities from this place, but it was really unpleasant and depressing. Staff seem miserable. Don't stay here if you're concerned about Covid safety protocols as they are clearly and obviously not taken seriously by this hotel. They are technically pet friendly, but they don't really compare to other pet friendly places we've stayed. Everything about this place seems tired and like they really don't care if you stay there or not. There are much better beachfront options in the area.
